Thanks so much for making this video! A couple of points on the rotor (Torx) retainer screw... That screw should be installed and not ignored. Especially on the rear brakes. On the rears it allows a more accurate adjustment of the parking brake. It holds the rotor in place and does allow the rotor to flop around while adjusting the parking brake. In the front, in the unlikely event the tire lugs loosen (which is the that uncommon) it will prevent the rotor from moving and possibly causing damage to the brakes. On the rears... More detail on how to back off the parking brake prior to trying to remove the rotor. And how to adjust the parking brake after installing the new rotor would be a great add to the video. Also... It's pretty common to have to pound the rear rotors off ...

What about the special 17 wrench? Wish you would have spent more time giving it more explanation and close up camera work

It's just an extra thin wrench

Do you just use a flap disc to make it thin? It's a size 17 mm? Do you thin the open end? Thank you

Isnt that an etorx holding the caliper braket on?

      kinda
I think the five lug nuts that are torque to 108 pounds are doing a little bit more work

@@Lucky8not the rotor. I was wondering about the two bolts on the caliper bracket. But I guess they are triple square bolts.
