I really hope aus and nz do soon include oats on a gluten free diet. I feel like I’m missing out! Quinoa flakes suck.
When I was on holiday in the UK I ate oats because they’re in so many things. Had no issues.
Also the teevee snacks are good! So are the mint slice but they are tiny.
I'm in Oz and I 100% miss oats and want them in my diet but feel like I should exclude them. This article actually makes me feel like maybe I could start eating the gf oats safely (even though they cost a small fortune!). Also the gf teevee snacks are so good! Crisp, chocolatey and the perfect size.
Both my Dietitian and Psychiatrist weren't ready to let me have medication with even smaller traces of gluten so unless we get a new peer reviewed study that green lights it's consumption I think oats are still off the menu 😔
I went to the Celicioso bakery in Madrid a few years ago, the Banana bread was apparently Novak Djokavic's favourite cake there so they had his review and signed photo on the wall! I wonder if they know why he is gluten free...

I was told by my dietician to introducing oats (live in scotland) and I had no reaction and haven't had. Opens the door to a lot more foods :) needs to specify gluten free oats though obviously...

But Arnott's biscuits 😋 is not vegan. (It is made from egg 🥚 😋 and dairy) 🥛 how come you made a vegan and gluten-free mushroom fried chicken 🍗 🐔 in your other video and in this video 📹 you talk about you enjoying Arnott's biscuits, which is not vegan? Very confusing. The Arnott's biscuits are not that great anyway. Anyway, great informative information anyway.
I am not Coeliac but I am just intolerant to gluten. (I choose to be vegan and gluten-free anyway). Wow I love the camera 📷 effects very good. That is discrimination if she lost the competition due to her medical conditions, she could have lodged a complaint against Master Chef.
Hey Warwick, I’m not Vegan, but I like to make vegan meals. I have also not tried the Arnotts biscuits myself, and even if I was vegan I would still talk about it as it is News for gluten free people! I don’t just talk about vegan or vegetarian things 😂
