I have a similar business in Europe that my family started 70 years ago. We have over 10k of those chairs and keep them in pallets of 150, but they stay palleted through loading, unloading and storage. I've often thought of making a system like what you've done there for part of my stock, nice work.
Hei, why don't you put the forklifter under the chairs and using the forklift to put them up on the pallet. Pull out the forklift and put it under the pallet so you don't use the ramp
That is a good idea. And we may end up doing it that way. However the forklift isn’t always accessible in our warehouse and we need options. But you’re right.
Love it!
