Asalamu Alaikum brother,
I have a question regarding mistake 10 where you said you rinse your mouth and nose at the same. Is there any hadith to support that the prophet Muhammad SAW rinsed his mouth and nose at the same time. I have been taught that you do them separately and I haven't seen anyone do them both in one step.

Waalikumassalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakathu.
The hadith is in Sahih Al Bukhari in Vol. 1, Book 4, Hadith 186. Where Amr bin Abi Hasan said: "Then he put his hands in the pot and rinsed his mouth and washed his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out with three handfuls of water", notice that the part it says that the Prophet ﷺ used three handfuls of water and not six handfuls of water. one thing we muslims do is use tap to do wudu - this wastes too much water.. instead please use a bucket and limit the water usage..

It has not been proved from the Prophet ‎ﷺ that he ‎ﷺ made a new Wudu for every prayer.

That is a hadith that is da'eef (weak) and there is no authentic hadith from the Prophet ‎ﷺ to wash or wipe the nape during wudu. And Allah ﷻ knows best.

Yes, number 1 means when you use the bathroom to excrete feces and number 2 means when you use the bathroom to excrete urine.
