~Ingredients 1 serving~
250g rice
1/3 green onion
3g ginger
50g chashu
20gCrab fish cake
1 tbp sake
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chicken broth mix
a little salt
Pepper (appropriate amount, but more is recommended)
1.5 tbp vegetable oil

Thank you Masuru for sharing this tasty looking fried rice recipe. I use the same condiments like you do (ginger, green onion, soy sauce, sake and salt & pepper). I often add red chili, and instead of meat and crab cake, I use vegetables like peas, mushoom, soy beans, chinese cabbage or carrots (often 2 different veggies). The main difference in my recipe, is that I fry the egg separately of the rice & veggies & condiments, and mix everything at the end.
