I found 7 with hand picking with good odds. Its distinct in weight and sound with big pieces and a dull card board sound from the cape packet. I found one more with a scanner. but really have a nice wolf pack now, and do not need more unless they are wildly available late season because the arm and leg prints enhance so many torsos. Happy searching.
I agree its a big issue, but there are also some people that could not get it any other way and its a service to get the product fully distributed to all fans.

i got my hands on 7 of them through a series of about 3 - 4 trips, the series will be here for 2 - 3 months, you will get your hands on some i promise you
There’s an easy way to fix this. Lego needs to recreate the castle theme. Just like the medieval town square, Instead of that being a standalone set, it should have been 1 of a wave of castle themed sets with the castle branding reintroduced. If we had a whole wave of sets at that quality at different price points, this figure here would be way less desirable because if people can’t find one, oh well, they can just pay £20 for a castle set and get one similar. This is a clear indication that everyone wants castle back so why don’t they just do it? They’d sell loads I’m sure
LEGO seem to be happy to leave castle to the Bricklink program, these days. That causes problems of its own, though, as that program only has a limited number of sets available.

I'm an adult with the income to spend but man I don't always wanna drop 2 weeks of groceries on some plastic bricks, sometimes I just wanna pick up a $20 set and we don't get those for castle anymore.

Then technically it's the fault of LEGO. They know Castle sells well, release one fig, and an entire series of space but no castle? Why? If it sells so well, why not include multiple castle figs or include MORE of the Beastmaster. I know they see the past of how castle figs have always been sought after.
theres 2 parties to blame. 1) Lego. They know the desirebility and notice how well castle stuff sells, yet still choose to make this so limitedly available. 2) Scalpers and Army Builders. One of the two will already have bought all available figs before you find one. I drove two hours to the next brand store in my area and an employee told me that the same 5 people stand there every morning waiting for it to open and buy all the desirable figs, especially the wolfmasters…
What's all the more irritating is that as much as we are adult LEGO fans, as a dad, it annoys me so much that adults are taking more kids toys than they'd ever need rather then let children have a chance to buy some.
LEGO for some reason thinks the best idea for releasing one of the only new and awesome looking castle figures this year that they know will be sought after is to make it exclusive to a stupid blindbox gambling system that artificially creates a limited supply.
It was insane to me. I wanted one before I heard it was so rare, and a *local* Walmart, half the boxes were torn open, and not a figure in sight. Absolutely insane to me.
This is the hype....when I heard that it rare, I went to store and managed to find 2 of them. I do not even find them attractive, but since they "rare", i have to own them.
Oh man, I’ve been struggling to find the Dragonborn Paladin from the D&D minifigures to complete that set, now I have a new impossible quest! So, so many hours of my childhood were spent making the Wolf Pack raid the Forest Men and the Black Knight castles… definitely tons of nostalgia for me
Yeah, the Paladin didn't seem to be spoken about much to begin with, and then suddenly it was almost impossible to find. I did manage to get that one, the D&D one I ended up not being able to find was the half halfling druid. I scanned one, but didn't open it straight away. When I opened it months later, it wasn't the Druid after all and the shops had stopped selling them by then.
Try looking for it in like late March -april range at a lego store near you or big store. At the end of DnD line I was able to find paladin minifig easily
Shops around me (ASDA in the uk) seem to have the d&d ones still, lots of fresh boxes with dozens in, kept coming across that Dragon paladin one - was looking for that barbarian looking one to go with Viking stuff. Also found the wolf chap at another supermarket first pack I picked up!
Since I got into Series 27 a couple weeks after release, i ended up missing out on this figure and struggled to find it for a good week or so, scanning every near-full racks with no luck. However, I did manage to find at least two of these (possibly more but I never checked), and one was thanks to a few LEGO collectors in the store who thankfully wasn't looking for the Wolfpack themselves. We helped each other find the minifigs we needed, and I genuinely love that about this community. As mentioned, I got two of these, mainly so I can keep a spare copy in case I either lose or damage my first one. I didnt resort to buying from scalpers, thankfully.
Another factor which is making this figure hard to find is the number of people who are buying it in bulk (via the scanner app) not for themselves, but to resell online. This not only makes it harder to find, but artificially boosts the price as well by removing them from the shops only to create an online source at higher prices. Yay, greed...
But then, the collectability point destroyed. Who wants minifigure / set available any time everywhere? There is no demand at all for built-in-store minifigures, cause the supply is unlimited.

This is not easy, since getting many duplicates. But then, I do not mind pay few $ extra for hard to find figures. I imagine, if each and every minifigure will be available from Lego Store - most likely I would loose interest in collecting.

@@jimwar211 Value - not sure, bust scarcity is a pushing power of collectability. Otherwise we may buy any of the minifigures and be happy, turning our collection into warehouse. Better rare one than 100 commons. However, there are multiple ways to collect or build.
LEGO should just release a new Medievel/Fantasy theme at this point. The scalping is getting worse every year. It would benefit everyone, and would make LEGO a shit ton of money.
I have two of them now. The first one I got from Barnes and a noble, I was scanning boxes talking to the cashier and telling him what I was trying to find. He was also a Lego fan and was kind enough to bring a fresh box out so I could get one. Then a week or two later I ran across another in the bin at Walmart. I wouldn’t mind getting a couple more if I can. I don’t need an army of Wolfpack guys, but a small band of them would be nice.
I would consider enjoying the two that you already have for the time being and buying some of the old wolf pack minifigures from 1992 off eBay instead. They don't go for much. Also why do you need a small band of the exact same minifigure?
After they shifted from bags to boxes I started just buying a full case of each release. Saves me the aggravation of hunting and can just sell the extras I don’t want.
Didn't have a problem finding the Falconeer have about a dozen of them, have only managed to find 2 of the Wolf Pack figure so far and my Wal-mart is currently out of stock of the CMF series and doesn't know when or if they will be getting more.
The goat was less popular because it wasn't also a the "knight" of that series, that was Basil the batlord. no-one is going to army-build the goat hearder, while Basil and the Wolfback guy on the other hand...
@@keyboardking8008 Willa the witch was the leader of the fright knights basil usually worked by himself and even though he was equivalent to a general or so, you don't see him in many of the old sets with any of the fright knights but instead riding a black dragon with red wings. It's actually really interesting how the faction itself has a mini story through the cmf lines when they appear.
I went to my lego store for something else, had never paid attention to minifigs in my life. After a flirty conversation with the employee he offered to get the nee shipment out of the back and basically handed me the 3 wolf pack minifigs from the box. I was like, sure i guess? Had no idea how obsessed people are with these. And I'm not new to lego, probably bought $30k in sets over the last 10 years, but minifigs are their own subculture that i have nothing to do with
When i had a few lego sets i wanted armies , but over the years as my collection has grown i do not want minifigs anymore. If it's a minifigure that is different i will hunt for it but army build is out of the question

I've gotten 5 total, 4 for me and one for my brother. He isn't into lego but wolfpack was our jam as kids. I'm going to include them with my castle stuff. The first one I got was the only one I found at that store, but everywhere else I left at least one behind for someone else
Friend of mine ordered around 1500 packs from various stores and scanned them at home. Took out the beastmaster, returned the rest. I was not mad at that attempt lmao. He sold 160 at once at bricklink for around 15 Euro/each. Crazy times.
I thought it was weird I could find one. I'm not super big into lego, but I like to pick up 1 or 2 minifigs from the series. This was one of 2 I was looking for. Kindve a shame I might not be able to get one. Lucky to get this video recommended.
I checked 100+ packs in a store and didn't find one, managed to find all the others I wanted though. I did leave the rack all nice and tidy with the boxes arranged according to the figures inside.
I haven't seen this in Australia. There is always ample supply of whichever minifigure you're looking for. I found a nearly empty box of D&D minifigures, and two of the remaining figures were the 'dragon head dude' We get the minifigures a month later than other places because Australia is near Antarctica, and it takes a long time for supplies to reach us.
Yeah they had 7-8 boxes back here in some stores and none were found. Don't underestimate the power of 6 pack boxes because they can contain 2-3 of the same one when you are unlucky. It's funny because lots of people are vlogging about this situation, including me. Good luck and cheers!
Hi, another reason for them being hard to find is they are located in the first row on the top for 2 of them, so even people not scanning and not in the know, just take the first couple will get 2 of the wolfpack figure, when they come across a new box. The 3rd is located to the back left on bottom i think.
Hi. A small correction. An unsearched fresh case of 36 figures will have the Wolfpack Beastmaster on the bottom. The first three on left side. I've managed to search four fresh cases and they were all in the same place. I got lucky with those and I was able to share them with friends. Hope this helps. Good luck hunting.... 👍
That’s interesting it’s done that way. I haven’t been able to go through a new case of 27’s. Old series would have 3 of each figure next to each other.
What I've also noticed from various accounts is that the Dragonborn Paladin is becoming easier to find now. No joke, I went to my local Walmart to scan some of the blind boxes and it was the VERY FIRST D&D pack I grabbed! So I bought it, and hopefully I can trade it for a Wolfpack Beastmaster somewhere.
We just got these in Australia (Feb 1st release) and put up a video unboxing it all (Luckily we got a full set with the app) it is a real nice unit and i'm glad you could get your hands on it!
I bought two full S27 CMF sets from a third party online vendor, so I got two Wolfpack Beastmasters right off the bat. I then went out to all my local shops that sell LEGO CMFs (including two different LEGO stores) a couple of times, and scanned all their boxes, but never found any. It wasn't until a recent business trip, at the Houston Airport LEGO store, that I found a Wolfpack Beastmaster in the wild. They are definitely difficult to find.
My B&M got a few packs in. I didn't scan all of the boxes though. I took 3 Wolfpack figs and a couple of Pirate Quartermasters. 3 was enough for me, and, thanks to the D&D series, I had a few spare heads doing nothing so I customized the other two.
I had basically the same experience as you getting the beastmaster. Just happened to be in the shop the exact moment a new box got in. Before that, I must have been at 5 or 6 other stores where they had almost the whole line except for the beastmaster.
Yep, same. Even little shops where you wouldn't necessarily expect hard-core lego fans to go and would think that you had a chance. They were all wiped out of the Beastmaster figure.
I've managed to find three Beastmasters after about 2 weeks of going from store to store and that's a perfect amount for my Wolfpack crew and MOCs so my hunt is officially over. But his availability, or lack thereof, is just crazy. Staff from both Lego stores in my city have said that queues had been forming well before the store's opening almost every day since the figure's release. We must hope Lego provides sufficient supply of this CMF series and I wish the best of luck to every non-scalper looking for the figure! It would also be great if Lego added the torso, legs and wolf mould to PaB after the series retirement, but I'm afraid they won't do it.
You’re really overthinking it, classic space-esque and castle figs are almost always the most expensive/sought after one in their series (the only one that can rival are the roman ones and well mr gold). And with scanner it’s so easy now for scalper to take all of them and resell each for like 15-20$ each I only care about the wolf so I’ll just wait for it to come in a city set
It’s very annoying. In my small middle of nowhere town, we got 3 boxes of the cmf at the Walmart I work at. I finally got the opportunity to scan today and 6 blind boxes had already been sold. Turns out, they were the Wolfpack beastmaster. It was very frustrating. I just want one.
This is the first time I have seen a Minifigure with 4 quality accessories and an oversized headpiece. Stop blaming buyers. This is a crazy good deal. Normally you get 1 or 2 accessories or a an oversized headpiece. A full shield, printed. A long sword A long fabric cape The largest animal in a CMF Only an idiot would pass this up. Fortunately, I arrived at a location when they first went out and got 1. I was so surprised 1 was left. It is almost a 2 pack by weight. Lego really went all out. It will be very valuable one day.
Scalpers and army builders are the bane for figures like this. They pretty much freeze out people like me who refuse to pay what amounts to extortionate prices for the two or three figures per year they may want. The army builders drain an area's selection which drives the desperate into the hands of the scalper scum. Pretty much a no win situation for those who don't buy by the case.
Not necessarily. You're paying for the case when the goal is to limit the cost to one figure. Then you have to find a buyer for everything else. The only winner in that is those who collect minifigs en masse.

So I would prefer either to overpay to reseller (not necessary a scalper, the person might bough full box as above), or will buy a box and will find 2 persons interested in full series. So there is an optimal way, depends what exactly you need and funds you have. Our problem, that we are trying it very hard way: drive here and there, search, scan, ask, get and disappoint. Paying let's say even $15 for rare minifig, will cost less at the bottom line.

The entire cmf concept is at fault. Lego is using the chance of getting a figure you want to sell you stuff you don’t! It’s ridiculous that you need to use “skill” to feel a figure or now an app to cheat your way to what you want. The whole cmf process feels like a carny scam where everyone wants the big prize but most wins a stupid sticky hand which is better than getting nothing but isn’t what you want

I found this minifig in my local Sainsburys in uk from just 1 full box. I only wanted the wolf itself, so i'mtrying to sell the minifig but no one seems interested!
I must have been really lucky. I went to my local B&M store less than a week ago and they had been putting the display out, they stopped because a guy just moved between the workers and started scanning packs. He must have only got a set for himself as there weren't many missing. Managed to get the 3 I wanted, Pterodactyl, Cupid (for my greek myth collection) and 2 of the wolfpack guy. I wanted the wolfpack guy because I wanted to see what other figures I could create using him, some of the d&d ones and others, to be my own d&d type characters. There were several unopened boxes when I left the shop.
I live in rural Arkansas and my Walmart has had 5 Wolfpack figures on the shelf for a month now. Nobody else in my area cares I guess, they'd rather be hunting ducks instead of toys 🤣
I'm so glad that I'm only after the space racer than the Beastmaster! I just know at work (retail with toys), one of the boxes from the stand, had two Space racer which I hid behind the shelves (going to buy it today). I have no doubt the beastmaster is already been sold out as from the previous DnD wave, some jerk literally took all of the Paladin! Fortunately the toystore nearby had one that I scanned from the app but had to paid full price (if I bought it from work, would have been 10%-20% depending on the day). Also recently a supermarket had two DnD boxes for unknown reasons as that supermarket has the latest LEGO set except for the minifig. Once again the Paladin is all gone but I'm not bother as I only wanted to get the Druid and Tiefling and got them in the end (didn't knew the new Minifig were coming out soon and the toystore immediately replace the Dnd with the new one).
I got the Paladin in the end. Just got lucky and found one in a shop. That was after having been to a couple of LEGO shops which had been completely wiped out of them. It's crazy.
@@GBBricks-Yt What bother me was with the DnD minifig, I was the one that set up the stand which while I was doing that, I was daydreaming on which MF to get. Also no, I didn't set up the newest wave stand. Thanks to this and the last wave, I think next time, I need to be up to date with the MF reveal. That way when we do get the stand at work, I gonna have to scanned em on my next day off (no way I can do that at work). When I find the one(s) I'm after, either buy it or put it in the warehouse of office with my name on it. Just that sometime, at the end of the month (not every month), we get 20% off instead of 10%. With that Dnd Stand, I set it up two ro three weeks before the 20% discount and I figure it won't be sold out by them eventhought I know DnD is popular. Granted I have seen some packs were sold but not all of it, like 20%- 30% from the stand were sold.
I got super lucky and went into a store that had just stocked them that morning - 2 weeks before January! Got 2 Wolfpacks then, really glad I did. I’ve only found them once since, and I distributed them amongst friends

Almost impossible? I just found 3 of them in a box at the grocery store and found 3 more at the CVS. I left 1 in each of them. I just love the Wolfpack.
Fair play to you, mate. There are a host of comments on here saying that people cannot find him at all, so it's definitely much harder than it should be.
I'm glad more people are vocing their concerns for the CMF. They system is totally unfair and creates a discord amongst the fans even as some get upset that others are armybuilding. Lego should add the parts on the PaB after a few months like they do with all their unlicensed sets.

Its sooo frustrating... I just want to have 2 of them. For the wolves, the capes and the cowl 😅😅 but I dont intend to pay 30 bucks for it on the aftermarket... I have vistited 10 different stores with my GF scanning everything... including the lego store itself 😅
I got one when I ordered the whole collection of them, then I found out that pick and brick got the torso so I have 2 x 20 of them so me and my friend can make our own custom made Wolfpack army and yesterday I found a shop who made stickers for the shields so now I can make my own custom made shields too when they arrive, to bad the wolf itself is so hard to find, but I’m happy now not wasting time running around scanning boxes 😊 to bad scalpers ruin the fun for us Lego collectors, army builders will always be around, Lego just needs to flooding the market with them to ruin the life of scalpers 😊
Thankful that I was able to get the full DnD minifigure set before the army builders swept in to grab all the dragonborn paladins at my LEGO store. Granted, it still took me a couple scans before I found it... At the end of the day it's simply greed getting the best of people. I don't know how feasible it is for LEGO to enforce CMF purchase limits in third party retailers, but in their own stores setting that limit may definitely help the issue.
Got two for myself, just like the wanderer with the goat. They'll find a home in the castle moc I'm doing. I found two more at the store and left them there for someone else. Blind bought a bunch of the D&D series as most of them will be useful for my moc too.

Lego PAB online does do Wolfpack. It’s not often on there but is an alternative solution. It won’t be as detailed as the cmf figure but still really good fig
I couldn't see any wolfpack on there the other day. They had forest men, lion Knight and Balck Falcon, but not wolfpack. Perhaps they aren't categorised correctly, as I searched medieval.
He's perfect, plus that wolf. I got 4 along with the whole series. Also Vidyo Minifigures were in boxes first spent a lot trying to collect the whole series.
You can use his hood to make Ringwraith (Nazgûl) - and since in lotr there are 9 of them you need wolfpack - this hood show only in star wars sets and can not buy it on pab so this is also a reason
I scanned three 36 pack boxes that were newly placed in the shop and another 40 single packs in another store...NOT A SINGLE Wolfpack Beastmaster to be found... I just wanted 1... It's ridiculous. How is it possible that three brand new 36 pack boxes did not contain one? I smell foul play tbh. And I just refuse to pay scalper prices.

Lego should remove the QRs and sell the CMF of choice for a fiver online. I scanned over 300 boxes and couldn't find one. bought some online at 2.5 times the price :(

Wolfpack are thieves , they don't have an army , not to mention that beastmasters are specialists , you don't have an army of just beastmasters
Add the fact that other figures in that line aren't even half as desireable as the Bandit, and you get a lot of dissapointed and pissed fans.

What's all the more irritating is that as much as we are adult LEGO fans, as a dad, it annoys me so much that adults are taking more kids toys than they'd ever need rather then let children have a chance to buy some.

LEGO for some reason thinks the best idea for releasing one of the only new and awesome looking castle figures this year that they know will be sought after is to make it exclusive to a stupid blindbox gambling system that artificially creates a limited supply.
It was insane to me. I wanted one before I heard it was so rare, and a *local* Walmart, half the boxes were torn open, and not a figure in sight. Absolutely insane to me.

This is the hype....when I heard that it rare, I went to store and managed to find 2 of them. I do not even find them attractive, but since they "rare", i have to own them.
I've just started ordering a full set online for the past few series. Just makes it easier.
Oh man, I’ve been struggling to find the Dragonborn Paladin from the D&D minifigures to complete that set, now I have a new impossible quest! So, so many hours of my childhood were spent making the Wolf Pack raid the Forest Men and the Black Knight castles… definitely tons of nostalgia for me
Yeah, the Paladin didn't seem to be spoken about much to begin with, and then suddenly it was almost impossible to find. I did manage to get that one, the D&D one I ended up not being able to find was the half halfling druid. I scanned one, but didn't open it straight away. When I opened it months later, it wasn't the Druid after all and the shops had stopped selling them by then.
Try looking for it in like late March -april range at a lego store near you or big store. At the end of DnD line I was able to find paladin minifig easily
Shops around me (ASDA in the uk) seem to have the d&d ones still, lots of fresh boxes with dozens in, kept coming across that Dragon paladin one - was looking for that barbarian looking one to go with Viking stuff.
Also found the wolf chap at another supermarket first pack I picked up!

Since I got into Series 27 a couple weeks after release, i ended up missing out on this figure and struggled to find it for a good week or so, scanning every near-full racks with no luck. However, I did manage to find at least two of these (possibly more but I never checked), and one was thanks to a few LEGO collectors in the store who thankfully wasn't looking for the Wolfpack themselves. We helped each other find the minifigs we needed, and I genuinely love that about this community. As mentioned, I got two of these, mainly so I can keep a spare copy in case I either lose or damage my first one. I didnt resort to buying from scalpers, thankfully.
Another factor which is making this figure hard to find is the number of people who are buying it in bulk (via the scanner app) not for themselves, but to resell online. This not only makes it harder to find, but artificially boosts the price as well by removing them from the shops only to create an online source at higher prices. Yay, greed...

Don't forget that it's a choice by Lego that you can't just buy the figure you want!
No scalping if Lego simply sells as many as people want.
But then, the collectability point destroyed. Who wants minifigure / set available any time everywhere? There is no demand at all for built-in-store minifigures, cause the supply is unlimited.

This is not easy, since getting many duplicates. But then, I do not mind pay few $ extra for hard to find figures. I imagine, if each and every minifigure will be available from Lego Store - most likely I would loose interest in collecting.

@@jimwar211 Value - not sure, bust scarcity is a pushing power of collectability. Otherwise we may buy any of the minifigures and be happy, turning our collection into warehouse. Better rare one than 100 commons. However, there are multiple ways to collect or build.
LEGO should just release a new Medievel/Fantasy theme at this point. The scalping is getting worse every year. It would benefit everyone, and would make LEGO a shit ton of money.

I have two of them now. The first one I got from Barnes and a noble, I was scanning boxes talking to the cashier and telling him what I was trying to find. He was also a Lego fan and was kind enough to bring a fresh box out so I could get one. Then a week or two later I ran across another in the bin at Walmart. I wouldn’t mind getting a couple more if I can. I don’t need an army of Wolfpack guys, but a small band of them would be nice.
I would consider enjoying the two that you already have for the time being and buying some of the old wolf pack minifigures from 1992 off eBay instead. They don't go for much. Also why do you need a small band of the exact same minifigure?
After they shifted from bags to boxes I started just buying a full case of each release. Saves me the aggravation of hunting and can just sell the extras I don’t want.

I struggled to find the Falconeer, a few series' back. That was more down to being rubbish at feeling the bags than a shortage though, i think!

Didn't have a problem finding the Falconeer have about a dozen of them, have only managed to find 2 of the Wolf Pack figure so far and my Wal-mart is currently out of stock of the CMF series and doesn't know when or if they will be getting more.
The goat was less popular because it wasn't also a the "knight" of that series, that was Basil the batlord. no-one is going to army-build the goat hearder, while Basil and the Wolfback guy on the other hand...

@@keyboardking8008 Willa the witch was the leader of the fright knights basil usually worked by himself and even though he was equivalent to a general or so, you don't see him in many of the old sets with any of the fright knights but instead riding a black dragon with red wings. It's actually really interesting how the faction itself has a mini story through the cmf lines when they appear.

Scanned about 250 boxes yesterday without any luck. Knew it was going to be a mission so doubled down today and found one. Perseverance is needed.

I went to my lego store for something else, had never paid attention to minifigs in my life. After a flirty conversation with the employee he offered to get the nee shipment out of the back and basically handed me the 3 wolf pack minifigs from the box. I was like, sure i guess? Had no idea how obsessed people are with these. And I'm not new to lego, probably bought $30k in sets over the last 10 years, but minifigs are their own subculture that i have nothing to do with
But did the employee ask something else in exchange for these rare minifigs?
When i had a few lego sets i wanted armies , but over the years as my collection has grown i do not want minifigs anymore. If it's a minifigure that is different i will hunt for it but army build is out of the question

I went to 5 different stores and used the scanner in hopes of finding one,single,figure, scanned hundreds of boxes and left empty handed 😂 I refuse to buy it for 16$ on bricklink

I've gotten 5 total, 4 for me and one for my brother. He isn't into lego but wolfpack was our jam as kids. I'm going to include them with my castle stuff. The first one I got was the only one I found at that store, but everywhere else I left at least one behind for someone else
Friend of mine ordered around 1500 packs from various stores and scanned them at home. Took out the beastmaster, returned the rest. I was not mad at that attempt lmao.
He sold 160 at once at bricklink for around 15 Euro/each. Crazy times.
These people should just invest in stocks like a normal person instead.

I thought it was weird I could find one. I'm not super big into lego, but I like to pick up 1 or 2 minifigs from the series. This was one of 2 I was looking for. Kindve a shame I might not be able to get one. Lucky to get this video recommended.
I checked 100+ packs in a store and didn't find one, managed to find all the others I wanted though. I did leave the rack all nice and tidy with the boxes arranged according to the figures inside.

I know the pain, once I went to a store to find the Golden Dragon Paladin. I probadly went over 300 boxes, didn't found even one.
I haven't seen this in Australia. There is always ample supply of whichever minifigure you're looking for. I found a nearly empty box of D&D minifigures, and two of the remaining figures were the 'dragon head dude'
We get the minifigures a month later than other places because Australia is near Antarctica, and it takes a long time for supplies to reach us.
In my experience, you just need to wait another month. Once the hype is over, they’ll be everywhere. Just like the DnD figures.
Yeah they had 7-8 boxes back here in some stores and none were found. Don't underestimate the power of 6 pack boxes because they can contain 2-3 of the same one when you are unlucky. It's funny because lots of people are vlogging about this situation, including me. Good luck and cheers!

Hi, another reason for them being hard to find is they are located in the first row on the top for 2 of them, so even people not scanning and not in the know, just take the first couple will get 2 of the wolfpack figure, when they come across a new box. The 3rd is located to the back left on bottom i think.
Hi. A small correction. An unsearched fresh case of 36 figures will have the Wolfpack Beastmaster on the bottom. The first three on left side. I've managed to search four fresh cases and they were all in the same place. I got lucky with those and I was able to share them with friends. Hope this helps. Good luck hunting.... 👍
Also scanned a box and most figures ware 2 of the same type next to each other , but 1 wolf was at the end of the box
That’s interesting it’s done that way. I haven’t been able to go through a new case of 27’s. Old series would have 3 of each figure next to each other.
What I've also noticed from various accounts is that the Dragonborn Paladin is becoming easier to find now. No joke, I went to my local Walmart to scan some of the blind boxes and it was the VERY FIRST D&D pack I grabbed! So I bought it, and hopefully I can trade it for a Wolfpack Beastmaster somewhere.
I feel really lucky, bought three random packs at Target yesterday and got two Beastmasters, didn’t know they were so sought after until now
We just got these in Australia (Feb 1st release) and put up a video unboxing it all (Luckily we got a full set with the app) it is a real nice unit and i'm glad you could get your hands on it!
I bought two full S27 CMF sets from a third party online vendor, so I got two Wolfpack Beastmasters right off the bat. I then went out to all my local shops that sell LEGO CMFs (including two different LEGO stores) a couple of times, and scanned all their boxes, but never found any. It wasn't until a recent business trip, at the Houston Airport LEGO store, that I found a Wolfpack Beastmaster in the wild. They are definitely difficult to find.

My B&M got a few packs in. I didn't scan all of the boxes though. I took 3 Wolfpack figs and a couple of Pirate Quartermasters. 3 was enough for me, and, thanks to the D&D series, I had a few spare heads doing nothing so I customized the other two.
I got lucky and went to a store in Melbourne Australia before open on release and got a couple of them to give to my freinds who collect the cmf

Why is it sought after? It’s an awesome figure with a great wolf, exclusive parts and prints, and you can make an army out of it. It’s awesome.
I had basically the same experience as you getting the beastmaster. Just happened to be in the shop the exact moment a new box got in. Before that, I must have been at 5 or 6 other stores where they had almost the whole line except for the beastmaster.
Yep, same. Even little shops where you wouldn't necessarily expect hard-core lego fans to go and would think that you had a chance. They were all wiped out of the Beastmaster figure.

I've managed to find three Beastmasters after about 2 weeks of going from store to store and that's a perfect amount for my Wolfpack crew and MOCs so my hunt is officially over. But his availability, or lack thereof, is just crazy. Staff from both Lego stores in my city have said that queues had been forming well before the store's opening almost every day since the figure's release. We must hope Lego provides sufficient supply of this CMF series and I wish the best of luck to every non-scalper looking for the figure! It would also be great if Lego added the torso, legs and wolf mould to PaB after the series retirement, but I'm afraid they won't do it.
Took me a while to find any of these. Finally found a Target that had just put out a couple fresh cases up front (spread out at the registers).

You’re really overthinking it, classic space-esque and castle figs are almost always the most expensive/sought after one in their series (the only one that can rival are the roman ones and well mr gold).
And with scanner it’s so easy now for scalper to take all of them and resell each for like 15-20$ each
I only care about the wolf so I’ll just wait for it to come in a city set

I was able to find one recently at Waterstones. My local Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Entertainer and WHSmith don’t have any CMFs.
It’s very annoying. In my small middle of nowhere town, we got 3 boxes of the cmf at the Walmart I work at. I finally got the opportunity to scan today and 6 blind boxes had already been sold. Turns out, they were the Wolfpack beastmaster. It was very frustrating. I just want one.
This is the first time I have seen a Minifigure with 4 quality accessories and an oversized headpiece. Stop blaming buyers. This is a crazy good deal.

Scalpers and army builders are the bane for figures like this. They pretty much freeze out people like me who refuse to pay what amounts to extortionate prices for the two or three figures per year they may want. The army builders drain an area's selection which drives the desperate into the hands of the scalper scum. Pretty much a no win situation for those who don't buy by the case.
The easy solution - buy full box, leave complete series for yourself, and sell for retail price the rest of 2 complete sets. Win-win situation
Not necessarily. You're paying for the case when the goal is to limit the cost to one figure. Then you have to find a buyer for everything else. The only winner in that is those who collect minifigs en masse.

So I would prefer either to overpay to reseller (not necessary a scalper, the person might bough full box as above), or will buy a box and will find 2 persons interested in full series. So there is an optimal way, depends what exactly you need and funds you have. Our problem, that we are trying it very hard way: drive here and there, search, scan, ask, get and disappoint. Paying let's say even $15 for rare minifig, will cost less at the bottom line.

The entire cmf concept is at fault. Lego is using the chance of getting a figure you want to sell you stuff you don’t! It’s ridiculous that you need to use “skill” to feel a figure or now an app to cheat your way to what you want. The whole cmf process feels like a carny scam where everyone wants the big prize but most wins a stupid sticky hand which is better than getting nothing but isn’t what you want
Luckily I live in NZ so we dont even have series 27 in stores yet and therefore I dont have to deal with this problem for another few months.

I randomly pulled two mini figure packs yesterday at Target…both had this figure. LUCKY DAY!
I found this minifig in my local Sainsburys in uk from just 1 full box. I only wanted the wolf itself, so i'mtrying to sell the minifig but no one seems interested!
I must have been really lucky. I went to my local B&M store less than a week ago and they had been putting the display out, they stopped because a guy just moved between the workers and started scanning packs. He must have only got a set for himself as there weren't many missing. Managed to get the 3 I wanted, Pterodactyl, Cupid (for my greek myth collection) and 2 of the wolfpack guy. I wanted the wolfpack guy because I wanted to see what other figures I could create using him, some of the d&d ones and others, to be my own d&d type characters. There were several unopened boxes when I left the shop.
I live in rural Arkansas and my Walmart has had 5 Wolfpack figures on the shelf for a month now. Nobody else in my area cares I guess, they'd rather be hunting ducks instead of toys 🤣

I'm so glad that I'm only after the space racer than the Beastmaster! I just know at work (retail with toys), one of the boxes from the stand, had two Space racer which I hid behind the shelves (going to buy it today).
I have no doubt the beastmaster is already been sold out as from the previous DnD wave, some jerk literally took all of the Paladin! Fortunately the toystore nearby had one that I scanned from the app but had to paid full price (if I bought it from work, would have been 10%-20% depending on the day).
Also recently a supermarket had two DnD boxes for unknown reasons as that supermarket has the latest LEGO set except for the minifig. Once again the Paladin is all gone but I'm not bother as I only wanted to get the Druid and Tiefling and got them in the end (didn't knew the new Minifig were coming out soon and the toystore immediately replace the Dnd with the new one).
I got the Paladin in the end. Just got lucky and found one in a shop. That was after having been to a couple of LEGO shops which had been completely wiped out of them. It's crazy.
@@GBBricks-Yt What bother me was with the DnD minifig, I was the one that set up the stand which while I was doing that, I was daydreaming on which MF to get. Also no, I didn't set up the newest wave stand.
Thanks to this and the last wave, I think next time, I need to be up to date with the MF reveal. That way when we do get the stand at work, I gonna have to scanned em on my next day off (no way I can do that at work). When I find the one(s) I'm after, either buy it or put it in the warehouse of office with my name on it. Just that sometime, at the end of the month (not every month), we get 20% off instead of 10%.
With that Dnd Stand, I set it up two ro three weeks before the 20% discount and I figure it won't be sold out by them eventhought I know DnD is popular. Granted I have seen some packs were sold but not all of it, like 20%- 30% from the stand were sold.
Blind Boxes with the ability to scan made it a lot more easy. Lol..
I got super lucky and went into a store that had just stocked them that morning - 2 weeks before January! Got 2 Wolfpacks then, really glad I did. I’ve only found them once since, and I distributed them amongst friends

Fair play to you, mate. There are a host of comments on here saying that people cannot find him at all, so it's definitely much harder than it should be.
@@GBBricks-Yt I'd just suggest folk be patient. It's likely they'll be coming out more heavily as the months go on. It does last till May after all.
I'm glad more people are vocing their concerns for the CMF. They system is totally unfair and creates a discord amongst the fans even as some get upset that others are armybuilding. Lego should add the parts on the PaB after a few months like they do with all their unlicensed sets.

I was lucky enough to get one from the lego store in downtown Disney in anaheim, ca, i was scanning them and as soon as I seen it pop up on the app I immediately stopped and went to check out
Its sooo frustrating... I just want to have 2 of them. For the wolves, the capes and the cowl 😅😅 but I dont intend to pay 30 bucks for it on the aftermarket... I have vistited 10 different stores with my GF scanning everything... including the lego store itself 😅

I got one when I ordered the whole collection of them, then I found out that pick and brick got the torso so I have 2 x 20 of them so me and my friend can make our own custom made Wolfpack army and yesterday I found a shop who made stickers for the shields so now I can make my own custom made shields too when they arrive, to bad the wolf itself is so hard to find, but I’m happy now not wasting time running around scanning boxes 😊 to bad scalpers ruin the fun for us Lego collectors, army builders will always be around, Lego just needs to flooding the market with them to ruin the life of scalpers 😊
Thankful that I was able to get the full DnD minifigure set before the army builders swept in to grab all the dragonborn paladins at my LEGO store. Granted, it still took me a couple scans before I found it... At the end of the day it's simply greed getting the best of people. I don't know how feasible it is for LEGO to enforce CMF purchase limits in third party retailers, but in their own stores setting that limit may definitely help the issue.
Got two for myself, just like the wanderer with the goat. They'll find a home in the castle moc I'm doing. I found two more at the store and left them there for someone else. Blind bought a bunch of the D&D series as most of them will be useful for my moc too.

@@GBBricks-Yt Thanks. If you're looking for castle theme 'civilians', you'll have to be a bit creative. Found the pirate lady with a parrot from S27 too (she can pass for castle) and I'll be getting the Medieval Market later this year. Thinking about the Viking Village before it is retired.
Lego PAB online does do Wolfpack. It’s not often on there but is an alternative solution. It won’t be as detailed as the cmf figure but still really good fig
I couldn't see any wolfpack on there the other day. They had forest men, lion Knight and Balck Falcon, but not wolfpack. Perhaps they aren't categorised correctly, as I searched medieval.
I found one at the local barnes and noble, I have a pirate island and just add cmf figures i think look cool to it

He's perfect, plus that wolf. I got 4 along with the whole series. Also Vidyo Minifigures were in boxes first spent a lot trying to collect the whole series.
You can use his hood to make Ringwraith (Nazgûl) - and since in lotr there are 9 of them you need wolfpack - this hood show only in star wars sets and can not buy it on pab so this is also a reason

I scanned three 36 pack boxes that were newly placed in the shop and another 40 single packs in another store...NOT A SINGLE Wolfpack Beastmaster to be found... I just wanted 1... It's ridiculous. How is it possible that three brand new 36 pack boxes did not contain one? I smell foul play tbh. And I just refuse to pay scalper prices.
