Friends! Many of you have been asking for a printed version, so I took your feedback to heart. I'm thrilled to announce that the book is now available: www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2J9FW7R
Just like the video, this isn't just an ancient text dusted off the shelf. I've kept it crisp and clear, polishing the text a bit and cutting down on the "bro speak" without compromising the contemporary language that made the video so popular.
Whether you're already deeply into Stoicism or just curious, this book is your gateway to exploring timeless Stoic wisdom-perfect for anyone seeking peace in our chaotic world.

I listened to the 18th century translation, and it’s good, but just doesn’t flow. But Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet read and played like a movie to the viewers of their time, the translation would sound like this one does to us to them too. I’ve only just heard of this book two days ago. I watched a movie called “Act Of Vengeance” starring Antonio Banderas and he uses quotes in the movie. This is exactly what I need in my life. I’ve always felt I’ve been searching for something without knowing it, and I think this is what it is.

I love that book and all the reflections of Marcus Aurelius. It feels he had lived very deeply and learned much from the experience of life. And big shout out for the narrator and his sense of humor. Thank you for recording that book🙏

I listened to the original meditations and though deep, I did find some sections tricky to understand. This translation was fantastic and couldn’t come at a better time, it helped my mindset tremendously and I feel ready to face the day once again. I don’t have much of a family or friends so this video acts as a compass to navigate through the hardships. I must admit though, you used “vibe/vibing” a little too much for my preference but guess what? Now when I’m walking worrying or pissed off, my brain says “hold up, don’t let -- ruin your vibes” 😂 so I guess it freaking worked! Damn it. And thank you so much❤

I have one for each child & plan to give at 18th or 21st birthday or wedding.. not sure yet. I lost my mom over 10 years ago and treasure every note she ever wrote so I decided to start a diary / journal for mine. Enjoy your journey ❤

I never had any traditional teachers (Mum, dad, grandad etc) and i was given into every care imaginable and as such have a unique personality thats allowed me to survive. At 18 i saw or manifested a ufo and it followed me and my gf home before giving us a little show. Ive always had strong emotions and struggled with them but im here working on myself and really feel there is a reason im on this journey and have experienced these things. You are meant to read this and entertain the thought that we are not alone and the people who makes up our institutions are corrupt and lie to us, while profiting for the deaths of innocents.

I know this comment is late mate, but thanks to your modernised videos of the greatest thinkers of the past and bringing their philosophy to the present, I started my own journey into stoicism and I finally got the book itself and so far…it’s not easy to understand and decode I will tell ya that!😁
But thanks to your video I’m able to get a grasp on it and make comparisons.
Still reading it tho and taking my time but I want to say to you personally mate, if it wasn’t for your socrates video, I would never have re-started my journey into philosophy again and for that I thank you massively.
I’m on an enlightened path now, already making a list of books to get to add ti my small library.

Your translation is too simple for me, as I appreciate the use of a bigger vocabulary with more beautiful words. Nevertheless, I think this is a marvelous undertaking. It's simple, digestible, and therefore a great resource for everyone, even for people without a great understanding of language. Well done.
