At work I am distant and people say I am anti-social...little do they know its not that, I am being selectively social. I am not going to surround myself with people who are not aligned with my goals. They want to make the job a career, I want to get out and build a life of freedom. I only want to surround myself with people who have the same vision as me.

Thanks for the commentary. Been several months since I made the change. Dropped all my low vibrational friends. Stopped smoking. Stopped drinking. Stopped hanging out. These days, how I live a little more is by training everyday. Going for a hike. A ruck. A run. A walk with my dogs. Being more attentive to the wife. Tending to my duties inside and outside of the home. There's still a lot of work needs to be done. But, for me, that's how I've come to live a little more. Getting the work done. And not complaining about it. But embracing it.

me too. I just recently had to cut ties with someone who just will not get their act together and was feeling bad about it, but after 13 years of pouring time and resources into them, it just got to be draining. They screw up and then everyone around them is supposed to pick up the broken pieces and raise their kids because they will not hold a job. After watching this video, I don't feel so bad. I am on a mission. I have overcome so much and know how I got out of it and have tried to share all the tools/ways I rose to where I am in life, but if they won't take the actions and use the tools, it is time to move on.
I guess it all depends on what you consider an achievement or not. There’s billions of ways to live your lives, in my opinion just do whatever brings joy and peace to yourself and share it with others. Life is short !

I've finally found my way in life thanks to meditating 30 minutes or so a day. Yes 22 is still young and all but I did so many mistakes during my time in high school and military when I kept thinking with thoughts like "I won't do this, I can't do that", be petty towards people who were considered "low level" by the actual pesants and wanting to be accepted by the people who are those loser peasants who will use you and put you down on their level. Thank god I've changed pretty quick, seperated from those idiots and am still locked into succeding in what I am trying to achieve. My advice is to really take time for yourself for a lil bit a day and not feel regret over your past self. Be different 💪🏻

Reflecting as watching this. I’ve flipped that switch in the past during my military career, but now I’ve lost it and I’m definitely guilty of all the average person shit you’re talking about. I’m sick of it! Need to change and find a way to flip that switch.
Im 16, stopped going to public school to free up time, train as hard as I can, distanced myself from old useless friends, and Im trying my hardest to find meaning from life. But, the fact that I dont care about most things people care about (drama, gossip, football, girls, etc) makes it hard to have confidence making friends and im starting to lose hope/ drive in life.

Hey Bedros, I'm currently struggling with the health component. I'm 29 and have always been extremely active/athletic but since 2020 I've had injury after injury. A back injury that took from 2020 to 2023 to heal and now a knee injury that has been going on since February. The problems my body is going through are not something that I should be going through at my age but every time I start to feel better, I begin exercising and another injury occurs. It's beyond frustrating at this point but short of taking absolute baby steps, I don't know other options. I'm also confused about what is considered normal wear and tear on my body. Does a typical 29 year old have pain after standing for longer than 15 minutes/not being able to walk longer than a mile without high amounts of swelling in their joints? For context I'm 5'11" and fluctuate between 160 and 170. I've never been overweight in my life and health other than these issues is in good standing.
