It almost feels like these 2 videos were posted for me. I'm a beginner and everything I know about survival or bushcraft I've learned from you Dave. These are perfect projects for me to learn and practice. Thanks Dave!
Thanx Dave, always proud to be able to learn from an EXPERT OF ALL,we appreciate the info my son 15. Mason from Kentucky, he is really talking to me about things a 15 so I said who taught you this shit hey he said Dave from t.v.so now this couldn't have, brought us so much closer as a family and I'm gratefully in debt,we couldn't have done this type of togetherness without you man Thanx
it's a wonderful thing man teaching all you know and one day you will be vindicated on all your teachings it's awesome to hear what you have going and it's a blessing to teach my son at the same time but to be honest he is now an eagle scout and he wrote his papers a out you so good job
im pretty sure 8 out of 10 times I make a figure 4 trap I cut at least 1 notch on the wrong side and have to start that stick over. and also to me it looks like the net needle would be the hardest to make. although I have never made one before I have made all the other components besides those fancy tongs in these 2 videos. Thanks for sharing Dave!
Fantastic projects Dave, something that students can use and see the benefit of the skill for themselves. Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge and vast experience. All the best to you, your family and staff.
thanks for putting this set of videos together. I want to start practicing some of these skills, and I agree with your method or revisiting topics from time to time. Been following your channel for years, and I agree that lessons are learned and RETAINED through repetition! Happy Holidays to you as well Dave
I can't imagine Boy Scouts today talking about traps. Maybe I'm wrong. I think they'd be crying and their mothers would be screaming at you before you finished the lesson. Unfortunately. Happy New Year Dave.
thanks as always for the ideas Dave. i love your videos. also it says this was uploaded about 6 hours ago, were you up until after ten still working on videos? thank you so much.
Brilliant Dave. I am a group scout leader and this really helps

Half of a green hardwood stick about 4"long
