I was successfully taking Mounjaro to help lower my A1C (type II diabetic). Then I got the cancer diagnosis. It took 3 weeks to get back to eating & pooping but I believe its best for my cancer recovery. I eat yogurt, kiefer &, rely on milk & bananas when my blood sugar gets low.
I find fermented organic unsweet dairy products super helpful, both with managing my constipation and bowel regularity, as well as helping me keep weight on. I use full fat yoghurt, kefir and sour cream. They are high in probiotics, calcium, protein and vitamin D3. Hope this helps someone. Keep on fighting! 🙂💪
Great video. Thank you. I know from experience that the Miracle Berry can improve appetite as it masks the metallic taste in mouth. It's been used for year in USA.
At least put some whole foods or vegetables on the cover of the eating guide 2:02 Croissants, white toasted sandwiches, jam on toast, no water etc not a good start, especially on chemotherapy!
@maggie2936-q1m a week ago I had to say goodbye to my best friend, who fed the cancer cells. To have cancer and to eat carbohydrates does it mean to be irresponsible to your body. I'm very healthy and I don't eat carbohydrates and the rest is your problem, not mine.

i heard that fasting during chemo helps lessen the side effects of chemo and starves the cancer cells - so that fasting and chemotherapy work together
