triceps looks exausted. Elbow is sticking out. Same sigh as Ronnie and Sergio Oliva had. Huge triceps , but after the bone gets visibly to stick out, the fatigue is already there. Soon after that melting process is accelerating progressively.
Al hard work doing it all yourself tons of respect 🙏. Cooking, training, socials, husband, father and so on. No fancy stuff, meals from food company. Keeping it real 💯👌. Putting in the dedication to be the best 🙏💫🍀

Everyone has an opinion about who they think is a great bodybuilder. In my opinion, you are one Hell Of A Great bodybuilder. Your genetics are such a mix of great bodybuilders of past time and you are something that's hard to find these days. You are honest and that's hard to come by these days. I started a pretty intense workout regime about two weeks ago, getting back to gorilla mode. The food intake is so difficult ugh. Eating about 6-8 times a day depending on how hard I train and food availability. Usually 2-3 are liquid meals. So bloated after two weeks
Maybe u increased kcal too much to soon..
