Lovely vlog! I have been trying to practice body neutrality lately. I find it's so much more realistic than body positivity like you were saying. I can't be hyping myself up when I don't feel it but I can be kind and stop saying bad things about myself.
Absolutely .. it’s not easy but it feels so good. Sometimes I feel like I’m lying to myself trying to pretend I feel something that I don’t. Neutrality seems so much healthier
