that's a cute skeleton, but this feels incomplete. need some meat on those bones, so to speak. the title implies that the idea is to record the vtuber and voice over and then later overlay it on top of other footage. it likely depends on what software you are editing in, but i have some experience doing it in davinci resolve. it can be kind of pain, depending. i set up a "green screen" to record on top of inside obs which is just a png i made that is solid green. and then in the editing software, i use the color tools to mask out the green. i don't recall the specifics. it's generally much easier to record both at the same time in obs instead of making a green screen recording. an issue i have run into is resolution which can wreak havoc if i want to change the size and position of my model on the screen
Sorry if the title was misleading, I do all my editing in blender so idk if any of that transfers over to davinci resolve, but I'm pretty sure you can record with transparency in OBS so you don't have to key out the background when you edit in davinci resolve.

Uhh counter pls.
?
@@anomaly5o5 how many times did you say "uhh"?
Ohhhhhh, yeah its a problem because I don't like writing scripts for my videos so I say uhh a lot. BUT I'm trying to get better at it
the "uhh" counter is 56, that's 13 "uhh"s per minute, Geez
@@anomaly5o5 oooooh ok that explains it. And 13 uhhs per minute..... all I can say for that is"💀"
