1. Gethsemane is located at the base of the Mount of Olives and just east of the Temple Mount.
2. Golgotha has two general options for its location. The traditional site is at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Another option is at the Garden Tomb. There is a rock-faced cliff that looks like the face of a skull. Over the years it has deteriorated but still resembles a face.
3. Because we worship a person and not a place, the location isn’t as important as what happened. Both places are close to each other, so we know they’re both in the vicinity.
Historical Background
1. The death, burial, and resurrection of Christ were real events that happened in history.
2. They were prophesied in the Old Testament and fulfilled in the New Testament.
3. There were hundreds, if not thousands, of eyewitnesses to Christ’s resurrection (1 Cor. 15:6).
4. Within decades of Christ’s resurrection, Roman and Jewish historians wrote about Jesus and the events surrounding Him.
5. There is more evidence regarding Christ’s existence than Julius Caesar.
6. No other person has changed history as Christ did.
7. Christ’s disciples were willing to die for their faith in Him.
8. Throughout history, and today, billions of people confess Christ as their Savior, and that He lives within them and has changed their lives.
The suffering and violence that Jesus endured for us hurts my heart so deeply. Just to envision it is devastating. I am so grateful for the sacrifice that God sent and made for us, I can not wait to meet Jesus, face to face!

First I like to say thank you for putting videos like these. They very encouraging to watch and informative of course. May I just please ask this question Pastor about something you mentioned re. Jesus eating the Passover with His disciples. You mentioned they had their Passover meal on a Thursday night but also you mentioned the Passover lamb was going to be killed on Friday (around 3pm) same time Jesus died on the cross. Can you please help me understand. Thank you and God bless.
Thanks for your kind words of encouragement and your question. Yes, Jesus ate the Passover meal with His disciples on Thursday evening, but the Passover Lamb that was sacrificed in the Temple was on Friday. These were two separate events.
@@HolyLandSite thank you for your reply Pastor. Still just to clarify if I may. So the Passover lamb that was killed on a Thursday is the one that every Jew would do to celebrate the “feast of Passover” which they eat that night ( same as Jesus did with His disciples) but on Friday one Passover lamb was killed at 3pm but that one is to be offered by Priest in the Temple as part of a ceremonial practice?

Good evening pastor. Very beautiful video and your message is really powerful. Jesus Christ suffered so much for us. I wish people who are watching this video understand what God has done for us through his son. instead of asking things in prayer give thanks to the Lord believing that he who died for us will take care of us till the last breath of our life.

Since the production of this video we have done much research. It has led us to believe that the Church of the Holy Sepulchre is the actual location of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. All the evidence points to it.

I really, really enjoy your shows. But if the the Temple mount that you indicate is incorrect how can the rest of the presumed locations even be remotely correct?
Thanks for your question and comment. Sorry if I was not clear in my teaching. Just to clarify, I do believe the location of the Temple Mount is located at the correct place. However, there is some difference of opinion regarding whether the Temple was located exactly where the Dome of the Rock is now located on the Temple Mount. Some of the biblical sites are really certain as to their location and others are less certain. Please don't feel like if on site is unsure as to its exact location that the other sites are no longer certain.
