අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය:-
බාස්මති හාල් 250-275 g
වතුර 600 ml (2 1/2 measuring cups)
ලුණු රස අනුව
කැරට් 100 g
ලීක්ස් 100 g
කරදමුංගු කරල් 2-3
කරාබු නැටි 1-2
රම්පෙ
කරපිංචා
ග්‍රීන් පිස් 50 g
දුන්තෙල් මේස හැදි 2
කපාගත් සුදුළුනු බික් 3
අගල් 1-2 ක කුරුදු කැබැල්ලක්
කපාගත් රතුළුණු ගෙඩි 10 ක්
තෙල් හෝ බටර් තේ හැදී 2
ඔයා හරි පිළිවෙලට ඒ කාර්යය කලා ..ස්තූතියි ගොඩක්..අපේ සතුට.

Thanks for the nice demo. Keep it up.Is the quantity of water always twice the amount of rice? Say, I cook 7 raw cups of rice, then do I have to add 14 cups of water or a little bit less (say 10 cups) be enough?
Yes It should be 14 cups. If in doubt , add 12 cups of water. Later you can add more, If you need.
