HAHAHAHA!! I am laughing because I was so NOT expected finding the PERFECT video for what I was struggling to do: Same model, same issues. Thank you UA-cam University
I had my huskavarna chain saw fuel line dry rot three years ago was little tricky getting it out but as always saved ton of money doing it myself like anything else I fix everything on my home vehicles & gas powered yard tools, amazes me as a man that there are so many lazy other men that don't want to try & fix things themselves they rather pay tons of money to have someone else fix things totally crazy..
Awesome video! Really helped me fix my 2050, had to go buy fuel line from an auto shop as we don't have any fuel kits for Poulan in Australia, but it all worked out in the end. Thank you!
I figured it out. Thank you. Think I might need a new carburetor now. Dies when I gas it bud idles okay. Since it's been sitting for so long, people told me to let it warm up and keep adjusting the choke to work the diaphragm before I go that far. I think I have the exact same song as you but the high low adjustments kind of throw me off. Happy for any advice. But I'm sure I'll figure it out.
I got the carburetor kit listed below the video and the fuel line inlets are not both on the right side as you’re looking at the carburetor but one is on the right and one is on the left. Can’t find a new carburetor that has both fuel lines on the same side! Three questions. if I use the new carburetor, how do I determine which inlet to use for which Tube? Second, do you have a link to a carburetor with the same inlet configuration? Third, this Poulan I have is secondhand and incredibly dirty and I’m not sure if I wanna reuse the carburetor. How do I evaluate that?
I showed all that in this video about which side goes to which tube! It's easier to watch than for me to explain again. I couldn't find a similar carb, so I made this one work and it's been fine! This was a secondhand as well, I just went with a new carb and haven't had any issues. tossed the old one away.

Thank you, best video for the chain saw I have..
Glad I could help!
Thanks for showing the Poulan saw. Not everyone needs a Stihl for limited use as we are not all lumberjacks. 😊
Very true! Nice affordable way to go and works great. Glad you liked it!

Great video. Should also provide most of how to replace the fuel lines on my old Craftsman.

Poulan 16 in" chainsaw 2150 fuelines and carberator adjustments
@@AllenStone-vk1cr This was helpful?
I hope you read these. I can't find my stopper for the right fuel line. The large diameter line is very tight. Do I absolutely need to have it?
Have the larger tube? I just used the smaller ones and it’s been fine!

😂 This guy's a joke. Yes u just watched the 1st chainsaw this guys ever fixed
I took something that was broke and made it work properly. Doesn’t seem like a joke to me, you have a video showing how to fix something?
Clue... when announced poleman chain saw!
@@epmcdonald4562 that was it is, not sure your point.. seems pretty petty to make fun of someone fixing something and showing people steps to do that.

Do you mind actually being specific? I bought the right kit, did the install, and have a working chainsaw. Please let me know what’s wrong with that.
