      Her and Shericka are tied at top and speed right now. They stayed the same distance apart that leg. They’ll go back and forth, depending who executed the race better. Like in the individuals. Richardson executed better in the 100m while Shericka executed better in the 200m. Makes for exciting future competitions.

      I noticed that too. I truly believe flo Jo had sprinting down to a science with her technique. She stressed the importance of relaxation and we saw the results. What is even MORE amazing for me in this race is that she received the baton almost in a stationary position. She started to take off when she saw Gabby coming but had to practically stop to receive the baton but that did not give the Jamaicans NO ADVANTAGE in the end.

Right now I still think Flojo is the best ever but that can change if Shacarri becomes the sprinter I think she will. Flojo was 28 before she perfected her running technique and the same with Thompson but Shacarri is already their She just has to work on her starts Once she puts her starts and top speed together she will be phenomenal.

    Last year people were talking down on the young lady but now praising her now.
    This young lady suffered a great lose in her life, she was smoking weed she never deny it she told her truth about it.
    Yet a flood of attacks came her way from different people she didn’t even know, just hateful hate and these same people are smiling in her face and writing but still try to slip a jab in every now and then while Sha’ Carri reaches the greatest of her talent.
    Know body wanted her when she was down and out and wasn’t herself.
    I remember when she came in dead last in the 100m they had some much ugly to say and write about her.
    Look at what God has done, lifted her to Greatness, where are those who wrote her off now? They can’t say anything she’s above their writing skills their options don’t matter now and most of all Sha’Carri doesn’t care to even talk to them she hasn’t forgot those who attacked her when she was down and now she’s to high for them to reach her heights. May has God changed everything with this young lady, I know give the Living Creator it’s praises has many nervous in their own spirit their souls is crumbling inside them and it should leave those bodies to drop where they stand.

    Brilliant analysis - you should team up with Michael Johnson and start a sprinter's academy. You've pointed out something I never noticed, Sha'Carri never lands flat-footed, she runs on the balls of her feet as opposed to Shericka in this video. If she mixes in some endurance training over the coming years (300/400m) reps - she could go on to become the greatest 100/200 m female sprinter the world has ever seen, maybe eclipsing Shelley-Ann-Fraser Price. Shericka is the 200 m GOAT right now because of her early years of 400 m running.

    Flo Jo was 5’ 7”. Sha’Carri is 5’1! Speed = stride length x stride frequency. Is there any analysis to determine if Richardson is taking long steps for a short person or taking faster steps? (Or both?)

    • @TheWayToWin
      @TheWayToWin  Рік тому +1

      It is easy-you just count the strides and divide them by the race time. You get step frequency. If you divide 100 by the amount of strides you get stride length.

    • @mikem4814
      @mikem4814 Рік тому

      @@TheWayToWin yes, I understand how you could figure this, but has anyone actually done it? For example, how many steps did Flo Jo take compared to how many steps Sha’Carri takes? If they are taking the same number of steps in roughly the same amount of time, then the shorter runner has an impressively long stride, or if not, then she has an impressively fast frequency. Theoretically, taller runners should be faster due to their inherently longer stride length. Just look at Mr. Bolt. Bottom line is that it’s amazing how someone this short can go this fast!

    • @TheWayToWin

    I can’t trust what you say because I hear what you say!! First off she’s not the fastest woman in the world; there are 4 that have ran faster, furthermore her time merely equals Jackson’s fastest of the season/year! It’s obvious you’re a hype guy and will say whatever you deem useful to push this!! Using a relay leg knowing full well that the runner has a running start, a big difference from the flat race!! Sure she was fast on that day, in fact the fastest she has ever been but winning is a far cry from fastest alive!! Perhaps it’s merely a moniker and not a statement of fact!? Anyway, it’s one meet of note, the next stage is Paris, let’s see how things go!! She’s good not great!!
