You'll watch an entire Netflix show even when the first episodes are slow and boring just because someone told you "it gets better." *But what if you looked at your goals like that and watched your life get better instead?*

As a professional sportsman myself, trying to climb that ladder. This is GOLD! There’s a lot of psychology videos around from famous psychologist such as Jordan Peterson, Carl Jung. But this man has learned there philosophy’s and made it specific to sport athletes! Game changer

By far better than any of motivational videos where the speaker is just screaming. The reason I was drawn to watching the full video is I came the short "The best train to dominate" the calmness in his voice, somehow is naturally motivating.
I wish Mr. Beswick and his family loads of happiness and good health!

Thank you for doing this interview. I am a musician by trade, and as far away classical music is from competitive sports it has proved to be so beneficial to learn the principles shared in this video. I’d even say high level performance in just about any field can learn a lot from this.

He says some really good things and seems to have a good "attitude", but I think it's very obvious that he's never had the talent to perform at a higher level. I know a lot of people won't understand what I'm getting at. He kept saying that you don't know what you don't know. Competing at a high level provides an experience that you can't learn in a book or in a classroom or at a university. As I listened to him through the whole interview, he often answered questions like a computer would...who's never had the experience. Experience is the best teacher.
