simple method in question number 5
9/13, 17/26 , 28/29 and 33/52
Hence 9/13 difference is = 4
17/26 difference is =9
28/29 difference is = 1
33/52 difference is = 19
4, 9 ,1 ,19
Now all this digest number divide by numerator of fraction .
9/4 , 17/9, 28/1 and 33/ 19
2.25 , 1.89.., 28 ,1.74
So 1.74 is smallest and this position go to "D" answer .

If there is 16/15 , 19/20, 24/25, 34/35 here 16/15 seems like smaller and difference between numerator and denominator is 1 but it is not least it will be greatest number..
