Great video, nice explaining. One thing I would consider to be really helpful for the audience, is timestamps, that would probably bring more people to your channel, not everybody has the patience to watch the entire video in order to get the part they're interested in. Great job!
Next year I will begin my first year of photography. I still don't know which camera to buy. I am mainly interested in landscape, street forography and portraits. And is it better to buy an expensive camera right away or better not? Hopefully someone can help me!!!
Great question. it just depends on your level of dediucation. If you know you will be dedicated and get good. buy your dream camera. If you are unsure about your commitment, start of small and cheap
Real talk Im trying to decide whether I should get the Sony zve10 or Nikon z30 for videography?? And both are at the same price in my region so which 1 should I pick??
I think the zve10 because it has cinema profiles for color grading. But the z30 has less rolling shutter. SO it depends on wether you want to color grade or have less rolling shutter
If you need full frame. i think the canon r8 or the a7Iv are great options for 10 bit . But also the sony a7III or a7c for 8 bit color. You have alot to choose from
Really well done!! However pitching Slog 3 and dual native ISO to ‘beginners’ is a bit much. If they understand any of it then they are not beginners. Also for the a6700 overheating is still an issue for any long form videos - concerts, stage plays, weddings etc 30 -45 minutes is not enough. Other than that really well done - subscribed 📸
i appreciate it. and thankyou for the sub .I see what you mean about slog. in a previous video i said hey slog 3 isnt very beginer friendly and there is a learning curve. And from that i connected with alot of beginers who had a very good grip of color grading in davinci and slog. But i would still consider them beginers as story tellers and composing a frame. The younger kids who grew up with technology are really quick when it comes to digital concepts. I started of on 35mm film and i will admit it was complex for me. But people who started off in digital learned quick
B@@TechThroughTheLens Right on! I have the a7Siii as my main camera and the a7Cii as my B camera and I am an advanced shooter and editor (Premiere). I seriously considered the 6700 as it has some great features but opted to buy the a7Cii recently because it’s full frame and has no over-heating as I do long-form videos often on 2 camera shoots so it better ‘matches’ my A camera. I never shoot in Slog 3 because I use S-CINETONE which I highly recommend! It’s a beautiful 10 bit 422 profile with softer controlled highlights and really nice colours which you can still tweak in post. The beauty of this over S-log is you get a gorgeous cinematic look right out of the box handed down from the Venice top-end Sony camera - no need to over-expose in camera wondering if you got it right then spend HOURS colour/grading ever scene which is quite laborious and I just don’t have the time to do that. And you don’t need to add LUTS!! For me it’s a ‘rabbit-hole’. I would rather spend the time on content and fine/tune my edit with nice transitions and then export to UA-cam while other editors are still agonizing over their meticulous colour grading. I am not putting down S-Log just pointing out that there are other ways to achieve nice cinematic videos. So for BEGINNERS or editors who are in a hurry but want a great cinematic look baked-in (you can still tweak) I strongly recommend a well kept secret …. S-CINETONE!! Try it 📸
I’m new to videography and I’m looking for a camera for content creation (UGC, social media management content). I’m looking up the Sony ZV-E and in the listings they are mentioning the shutter count, why is that important?
The shutter after a long use case can break just because the mechanism gets over used. But those cameras have not been out long enouhg for the shutter to be used that much. And the shutter count does not affect video at all. Just make sure the sensor is clean and dust free

Thanks for the tip!
Yes PLEASE!!!!!!
Second that. I entirely skip channels who do not provide timestamps. It's better not to watch than be forced to watch.
That goes against his income, youtubers get more ads per watch time. Yes it will be more comfortable for you, but also, he will be affected
I wanna get into filming for my music. This helps a lot! Thanks
Happy to help!
I love your videos and i loved how you suggested and pointed the things needed ❤ 1st comment By The Way

@@TechThroughTheLens charcoal artist what do you reccomend?
❤thank you so much brother
Bro said on a tight budget. The first camera is $1800
That’s what I was saying😂😢
No thats Zve10 around 600$ to 700$
Well not quite, but its still an absurd price for a "beginner"
This dude has lost his grasp on reality in the vid.
Thats what a price of a camera is@@tophatvideosinc.5858
What if I need full frame? Is the a7IV the most logical option?

nope! I actively do not take sponsorships. We do maybe 1 every 2 years
