On May 22, 2010, Air India Express Flight 812, a Boeing 737-800, crashed while landing at Mangalore International Airport in India. The aircraft overshot the runway, broke apart, and caught fire. The crash resulted in the deaths of 158 people, including six crew members, making it one of India's deadliest aviation accidents.
Investigations revealed that pilot error, including a failure to initiate a go-around despite an unstable approach, played a significant role.Factors such as fatigue, lack of situational awareness, and inadequate crew resource management were also identified.
The crash prompted improvements in pilot training, adherence to standard operating procedures, and better oversight in the Indian aviation industry. The tragic incident underscored the importance of aviation safety and the ongoing efforts to prevent similar accidents in the future.

It's a mistake of ATC their radar was not working. It's wrong to make table top runway.
