I also think it´s not healthy to put 100% in one thing (if that is even possible). You gotta have time off and time with friends/Family and doing something you like besides Work. You know if people go too fast they burnout or get stressed and that slows them even more down or even prevent them from working. Better find your own balance and pace.

Unless you’re a Mum, you really don’t understand the depth of ‘you have it easy.’
Keep in mind... Emilia had a work life identity... then you become a Mum.... and it is relentless... and you miss the ‘old you’. You miss being able to do what you want, when you want. Even when Mums go back to work, they have to plan for the baby and then themselves.... while Daddy can just cruise to the gym and work and not even consider if the baby needs anything, because they KNOW it’s taken care of.
It is the Mental Load of being a Mum.

Ryan's wife is very understanding, and Ryan tries very hard. I'd love to see a vacation vlog, where he takes it easy. See him hang with his family and add a little vacation house touring with the fam.

I was inspired just by how truly driven you are it's another level no doubt when I found your vids on UA-cam a while back you were one of the people who really showed me that you can do what you love. Although it is an amazing amount of effort I used to think it was possible for work life balance It's no secret that family and friends will underpreciate what guys do or partners do I have come to realize like all driven ambitious people we try and do it all I used to think it was possible Im not saying you can't in my experience I have come to realize a hard truth and that is you will never be able to make everyone happy and I became exhausted trying to, what you do for others is amazing keep inspiring !!!

@Sercarano T yeah, some people are really like that. My dad's an example.. he works Mon-Sun and when he can't work for a day, he gets unsettled and cleans our whole house like crazy just in order to have something to do😬

Ryan, you have an amazing life and tell your wife what you do during your day...but... (at least not that you showed in the video) didn’t show viewers any instance where you ask your wife how her day was and what she’s doing and what she needs during the day to make her life easier. It’s more important to be a husband and dad than a businessman. You’re an amazing businessman, but a tad more life balance to give your daughter the time is something you’ll never regret doing as the great dad you are! You’re amazing at real estate though. Wise woman you got next to you!

I like Ryans way of thinking....after 54 years of marriage....I agree with his philosophy of balance. I was a stay at home mom of 3 for 13 years and when I asked my husband about his work he used to just say it was crazy and I wouldn't understand. He also used to travel a lot and I was jealous. Later in life I graduated from collage at age 47, went into the medical field and understood what he went through. Good luck Ryan and hope you guys are able to grow your family. You both have a lot of love to give. I have watched you from your first TV show.

I think the omelette theory is off. The pans aren’t really work/health/family/friends but are just the areas that hold them. The actual omelette’s are the W/H/F/F.
It’s relatively easy to make 4 omelettes simultaneously once or twice but 8-12 hours a day every day is not sustainable. The omelettes will start to suffer if you try to sustain that pace.
You are so lucky to have a Greek wife . She will be there for you no matter what .

For a person that doesn’t cook much you did a great job. Love the life illustration. My job is to make my husband an omelet every single morning. (I cook/brown the veggies in the pan first to add flavor, then dumped the eggs, cheese and seasonings in (tip: add a teaspoon of water per 2 eggs to make them fluffy) Don’t cook eggs on a high heat or they will be tough and rubbery.
Emilia is great! You must change places to experience one day in the other's life. It would be really cool :)
