I used to do nothing apart from occasionally moisturise, and then I got convinced to try a skincare routine. A year later, world of difference, less spots and feels much better.
AM: Daily cleanser, Vit C serum, avocado eye cream and SPF moisturiser.
PM: Daily cleanser, retinol serum and eye cream, and then night mousituriser cream. Most from Olay and La Roshe

You are right, there aren't any good skincare vlogs for Men.
I did want to give you a heads-up about being Premature Gray.
Men with early gray hair are at a
Higher Risk for an early Heart
Attack. Make sure that you keep on top of having your Doctor check your Heart on a regular basis.
Same genes that age hair now have been found to also cause the premature aging of the
    Heart!
You're a special guy and all of your fans want you to be around for a long time!
All the best from your friend in Kansas City, Tom. 🍀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟♥️😃

Love that you shared your routine.... I'm a skincare junkie... I have about 5 steps with 5 to 9 products! It is VERY true, you have to find what works for your skin... it is never a cookie cutter answer. My favorite products are mainly Korean skincare. Interesting- Greek toothpaste, will check out. Everyone needs sunscreen, finding what works is game changer. Cheers!

I bought the rosacea care sunscreen and WOW I want to thank you so very much for telling us about this wonderful stuff. The tint is just right for me and it cut down on my redness and left my face looking like I had a blurring primer on. I now want to check out the other products that you recommended. Again thank you ......I am in my 60s and had my share of suffering with this redness and this cream is magic .....I wish the tube was larger....wishing you all the best !

I am thankfull to you a lot.
You have no idea about it how much I needed this.. I have started getting rosacea.. Went to several dermats... No one understood this condition..always used to say.
You are from hilly area.that why you are red
Buy finally my current dermat understood my situation.. And is giving me isotretoin 5 mg to to treat my rosacea.. And has given me a skincare routine. Coming from a small town in INDIA.. there is NOO way I would have known this disease... I was so scared..really very scared
But now seeing you.. Understanding this disease.. From you and hopefully from the book you mentioned .. Am gonna fight it too! I needed this motivation to fight against it... I have cried a lot on this..i still do.. Thats how much I needed this example.. Not many are there who talks about this rosacea thing... On Instagram I randomly saw your clip where you were talking about skincare.. I just thought.. Okay it's a normal thing.. People taking about skincare and all.. But the moment you took the name rosacea.. I came on high alert! Thank to you for talking about it! I don't know if for others it's helpful.. FOR ME.. IT IS❤! THANK YOU 🙌🏻

I have only seen actual results from ZO Skin Medical in my 40’s. The Radical night repair that contains Retinol and vitamin C, Got rid of some lines and sun damage is gone. You only use a drop once a week and build up your tolerance takes time but worth the results. Have to use Sunblock zinc everyday which also repairs your skin but Zo Skin works.

Hi - Esthetician here. I don't recommend either of those cleansers and would ditch the cleansing brush. It's just too aggressive for a cleanse, especially for someone saying they deal with rosacea. Also - gel cleansers do not have tons of alcohol in them. There are gel cleansers that won't cause skin dryness like Vanicream cleanser for example.
La Roche Posay Toleraine is great.
The VBeam laser is def what helped deal with the rosacea. The SPF he's using seems fine in the ingredient list - just a zinc SPF. Although it's only SPF 20 - not enough protection in my opinion.
Ryan, if you want some recommendations - I'm happy to help.

I don't have much else I do to my skin (I am a gal despite the Jim Morrison avi) and I swear by it - morning and night. and yes more of these type of videos - the snarky and honest comedy is hilarious.

As a person working in dermatology, I feel that A. Clarisonic is a little too abrasive which creates microscopic tear on your skin causing irritation, B. the serum he uses is best applied on a damp skin for better locked in moisture, and C. the Rosacea care tint-O has only SPF 20. Ideally, you want something 30 and higher for better sun protection. Good for you for taking care of your skin though, not many people do.

    A couple of things:
Skincare is highly personal. What works for you doesn’t work for everyone.
Gel cleansers aren’t inherently more stripping than cream cleansers. Erno Laszlo mud bar, however, IS more stripping due to the surfactants used (sodium palmate and sodium palm kernelate). I’m a man and I can’t use that product.
Clarisonic went out of business in 2020…
    Lastly, don’t trust hyperbole.

Ryan I'm finding it not what you do to the surface of your skin. It is what you eat and drink that impacts your skin the most. Sweet potato and celery juice makes your skin silky smooth and brightens. I don't do anything to my skin other than wash my face. The juicing has done more than any cream I ever bought.

Since the outbreak of 2020, which had a significant impact on the market, I've been running all of my investment decisions through an investment coach because their entire philosophy is centered around using a high-profit oriented blueprint while simultaneously going long and short, as well as reducing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. Underperforming is almost impossible when combined with their access to strange data and analysis.
