This was a really useful video! I think it pickups a lot of noise, especially when using a keyboard or mouse. I learned a few things from this video and I was able to become comfortable with it at 95% A little loud still, but anything lower and my voice becomes pretty quiet. Keep up the great work!
I think for like zoom meetings, streaming, and gaming, etc. it can def be a great option. But for vocal recording, I’d definitely recommend a beginner to save a bit more and opt for something that’s dedicated towards studio work.

Is there a way to boos the mic volume? It uses windows drivers, so it is super limited on the mic volume. I have to be within 2 inches of the mic for people to hear me clearly. If I get into a comfortable position 1-2 feet away I am constantly being told they can't hear me well.

I mean, to me I wouldn’t mind using it forever as long as it last that long lol!! 🤷♂️ but then again I’m not a computer wiz, I conduct classes on zoom so I bought this for that. Eventually ima record those zooms to throw them up on UA-cam as well. I have the mic, now learning how to use it on zoom is another story lol! Unless all I have to do is plug and play like you said in the video

Countless people, myself included, get very faint volume. Very faint. Like most people couldn't hear you faint. All sound is turned up to 100% on my PC and it changed nothing. I see others on Amazon say the same. Tonor's customer service has no phone number and they rarely seem to be around online.
I have been using this mic for about two weeks, but for some reason it randomly tells me that there is a driver error although I have never downloaded any type of driver. It stops saying driver error after I unplug it and plug it back in, but it is very annoying as it happens almost every time I turn on my PC. If anyone else has the same problem and has found the solution, please let me know.
It captures only noise, not my voice :-( I have Asus Vivobook, so i will test it on another device, if its working properly and iif its my laptop i will be disapointed :(

Horrible for playing , i heard my keayboard , computer fan , if you touch the desk you hear lot of bass ... . u can use the mic a 80% and solve the fan computer and keyboard but you voice is very low unless if you speak just in front
@@haroldtherock5148 yeah, theyre pretty nice honestly, though they do pick up quite a bit of noise, generally good for a cheap mic since its just plug and use, no external power.
Got one of these today(25/10/2020) from Amazon and it's crap and sending it back tomorrow. Volume is far too quiet(even non existent) even though Win 10 levels are at 100%
Maybe you were to far away from it, its only supposed to pick up audio from 6-18 inches away and its a cardioid pattern microphone so you have to talk into the front where the logo is otherwise audio will be pretty dampened and will sound crappy.

Yes, there is a free bit of software called 'Equalizer APO' which can boost mic levels.
It's definitely too quiet.

@@timmy_777 I was using a USB slot that was meant for 3.0 products when the mic is 2.0. try using one of the non-blue slots on your pc
@@timmy_777 if the little part inside the usb slot is blue do not use it in that slot. look for a white one

Feed back from the speakers? If you are monitoring through speakers and have the mic your are monitoring next to it you will get feedback.

Discord sounds different, maybe you don’t have the tonor set as the output device OR you don’t have the audio settings you have on other softwares
