That couture 22 show was really so spectacular, not really because of the clothes, but because of the concept behind it. PLUS as the first couture show with music since Cristobal died, it was very powerful
Cristobal Balenciaga always showed his couture shows silently so one could hear the fabric, so thats why the 21 couture show was silent (apparently it was a very early choice from Demna)

he is a dj. he just picks songs.. he doesn't create music.... that's the difference between the artist and the curator.. one influences society and leaves a mark in history while the other just picks things they like... we can see where you will be placed CLEARLY
@@understitchYT because first isn’t true to the brand DNA for Christ sake they used to make wonderful dresses for Hepburn. Then the runway shows instead of playing to the creative( like McQueen used to do and they clearly try to copy ) it’s all about bizarre but not even in a fashion way . Most of the designs don’t even speak to the king history of the house but it’s all about the new designer way of doing it which obviously lately doesn’t speak at all to the house DNA. And don’t get me going on the name of the label printed everywhere 🤣 unless you think Tyra runways for ANTM was pure art this is basically the same nonsense
@@renatoamaraldemiranda2558 bro no offense to you but how long do you think they should keep dragging the history. it was in the past let it be in the past. its not like demna is erasing that part of history, its always gonna stay but there got to be a time when yall shoud get over it and start appreciating what is being made in the house currently.
@@renatoamaraldemiranda2558 I think you make a great point if every house was held to the same standard. Michele’s gucci has nothing to do with the original Gucci family, saint laurent, givenchy, celine are all completely different
The sound in this last Mud Show it’s been wicked, totally in balance with the clothes and all that flow
Love bfrnds work. Overtime His music became part of the balenciaga brand dna. like this is what balenciaga should sound like to me .

Love this! Let's build a stronger bridge between fashion and music! #highendmusic
Thank you! This interview is amazing!
BFRND is the future of fashion music and music in general

was just wondering who did the sound for this show
Really captures the vibes of the imminent despair and gloom from a nuclear explosion

It's boyfriend

I prefer Michel Gaubert. But I read books and have lived a good life, so what do I know?
