Having a digital business card is an excellent way to readily share your contact information in an efficient and eco-friendly manner. You did an awesome job! This is great for people who need just the basics of a digital business card. However, if you need contacts to be captured, analytics, and other features, this wouldn’t be a good option.

I absolutely love your video. I like the way you take your time to explain and don't go super-fast or talk super-fast. One question, hoping you will see this. I get stuck at the part where you make the card a website. When I click on presentation it won't let me click on open website. Not sure of what I am doing wrong? Do you have any insight on what it could be?

As for troubleshooting the card design as a website, try logging in and out of Canva. I also find that chrome is the best internet browser to use for Canva. I hope that helps!
Also, if your design is not "saved" you are not able to present the design as a website.
Thank you for this tutorial! I was able to create this one hour before I left for a networking event. As stated, most people could access my card with the QR code. I had one lady who scanned the QR code but then was asked to log-in or sign-up for canva. I don't think everyone else had Canva; my husband doesn't have Canva on his phone, and this worked. Do you know why the log-in or sign-up feature would pop up?
Hi there - I have heard some people having issues with Canva asking them to sign up or sign in and I honestly don't know why this is... I'm thinking it must be due to the fact that Canva has now introduced "Canva Websites" to the platform and so if you are sharing a normal Canva Doc-Type, the platform thinks that you want to share the design as a template rather than make it viewable document.

Ouvo has a button that lets the contact click and it automatically adds my information to the clients contacts. any idea how to do that
Hi Brian, you can do so using LinkTree which is a multiple link in one platform. Even with the free version of LinkTree, you can have your clients add your contact information by creating a contact button with LinkTree and then use that Qr-Code of your LinkTree profile on your business card instead.

Thank you for this video, your presentation was clear and helpful. I am using a Canva template for my business card, but I am unable to locate the link button to add my links. Do you know where I might find it? I don't see it on the upper right.

Yes, Canva has made some changes to the user interface so now in order to find the "link button" you can right click on the element you want to hyperlink and this will open up an additional panel next to your mouse where you can find the "link button" or click on the element to select and try the hot key "command or control k" and that should pop open the "link button" tab. Hi Laressa, thank you for sharing your knowledge on canva❤I’m really enjoying your videos👏🏾Ive created my digital card and I am trying to populate it to link it after clicking website at 6.04 in transcript about leaving it in presentation - that isn’t an option! It just says publish to website and options with navigation or without, the it asks where to publish to free domain etc., How I make my card live? And if I publish as a “website” without presentation status, can I still publish a website or a landing page at a later date?

I loved your tutorial but I am having one issue. When i scan the QR code, it opens the card with the Canva thumbnail below. How do I get rid of that?
Unfortunately, you will have to either buy a domain from Canva or connect an existing domain you have to Canva which will allow you to remove the “made with Canva” footer at the bottom.
It sould be Canva pro only can do the link like this?

@laressaNgoeun - I would like to have a digital business card, similar to this, but that I can send as an image with a test message, but maintain the links. How would I do that?
Hi Don, in this case, I would actually suggest a platform called LinkTree. You can share one single link and that link contains your shareable contact information and various real estate resources and website links that might be helpful to your clients.
