I think that's only possible if the armor slot you are adding to can take multiple textures. For example, if you replace accs_000_u.yft and it originally came with 3 texture slots, you can name the texture file you want to add as accs_diff_000_d_uni.ytd but i am not entirely sure if this would add the 4th texture, as i have never done that. Try it out. See if it works.

I'm checking the files in OpenIV, the models are installed and in their respective directories, but they don't appear ingame.
