We looked at this model at the Annapolis boat show this month. Loved it and thought the build quality was excellent. Great boat for the size. I’d like to see the 38 but unfortunately they didn’t have it on display.
Hi, Karl thank you for taking to time and showing interest in this video, We totally agree with you the Hanse 348 is a fantastic boat and very well built. We have been invited by Hanse France to take this 348 out next Saturday pm to show how easy it would be for a novice sailor like Sarah to sail. We are very interested to buy a Hanse 348 or a 388 It's the first boat we have seen that fits what we are looking for, for our first sailboat. If we can we will ask to look around a 388 for you and do the best we can with the video. Have a good weekend;)

Thanks for the walk around. What did you think about the size of the head (bathroom) on the 3 cabin version? Do you think it would be too small if I had 5 or 6 people on the boat for an overnighter?
For me, it would be fine a little tight if you all wanted to use it at the same time;) It is well thought out for this size boat and at the end of the day, it is just for washing and well you know. All we can say is this is a great boat handle well, is safe and very stable. For us, it beats its competitor's hands down;) Hope this helps.

Baby girls is as impressed with that boat as I am…that is not at all. These boat makers act like they’re making yachts when they’re only making floating RV’s. Stop with the V berths and wet heads
