Okay, that is gorgeous. The resin spec is spectacular. I would break the wood in multiple places, that way I could add the resin to as if it was naturally a part of it. A mixture of resin and wood.
I love UA-cam. I've had almost the same idea for my first wand. I wanted to check out a few videos and you have already done it. Pretty dang well too. It turned out awesome
I'm curious, it appears you were dipping your tool in something, Was it to cool it, or what exactly? Also, you are a lot braver than me. I was cringing expecting the wood or resin to give way as you were turning. I must admit, when you broke the wood, I thought to myself who in their right mind would do that to a perfectly good piece of material. But I must say, the end product was amazing.
Very well made, it might help if you add either a leather or linen wrap to the handle to break up the monotony of the singular colored wood, the level of detail in the resin cast slightly clashes with the simplistic polished wood look, maybe even some hand carved detail work on the area after the resin
I'm always shocked at how well turned wands sell at craft shows. Nice job.
Ollivander would hire you in a second!
😂😂😂
I would hire him within a millisecond
A set of drumsticks like that would be cool
That is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I love it!

Fantastic, gorgeous wand 😍🤩
I love what you did here but it would have been nice if you had verbally walked us thru what you were doing and the products you were using.
Dude, what are you painting onto the broken ends of the wood??
Did .... Did u just put a kyber crystal in a wand? 🤯

Yes alittle more detail at handle..even a insert of acrylic at top.
Most unique creative touch ..the insert in middle!!
*heavy breathing*
This was painful and 11:47 I will never get back
