Good evening Sir. I know you get asked a ton of questions but for clarity the fees are $1,179 per month+ another $400 for transient fee if renting it out and then AFTER that it's 50/50 correct?
The 50/50 is prior to you paying your HOA. The management doesn’t pay the HOA then split the revenue. That would be great though!
Hello Steve in market and Palms seems to be very nice. But listing on market almost year for some units. Rental Program or AirBnb do you have pros and cons video for Palms?
Not yet but I will! If units are on the market for that long chances are they are over priced or we can never show since they are rented.

Its easy to do airbnb here. If you have palms rent it out they take 50% of the rent. The HOA for a studio that is being rented short term is $1,179M all unities included. If not renting at all it is $779/M. Are you asking if the hotel is accessible to hotel guests? If so then yes lol. I forget if that tower is floor restricted but i think it is not.
