    Yesss the curry and massalas are already roasted and parched so it don't need to be parched much in the pot before adding the water otherwise over parching the curry and letting it get too dark will give a bitter taste! The main part is once u add the water to the curry, let that fry down till grainy then add your vegetable or meat to it 🥰. Again, nice to see Jen🥰. Love u guys❤
