I like when cooks are brief and don’t gab too much, but you need a little more info such as, what did you use to season your duck? Otherwise looks good.

But what I can tell you is that you can use anything you like, such as Trinidad green seasoning is the main ingredient that is made of shadow benny, garlic, pepper, tyme, salt, ginger, and scallions. ❤️
