Oh dear Lord! How terrifying. Hugs to you. So glad that no one was hurt. We had a similar thing happen to our tow vehicle (a Honda Odyssey) two weeks ago. A freak accident where a car hit a wall and shot forward (airborne!) to hit us. We were about 120 feet ahead of the car... so think about the speed involved in his vehicle... Thankfully, my daughter and I walked away unharmed. Modern car design is amazing. We are supposed to pick our new Escapod in a few weeks, and here we sit with no tow vehicle. We will figure it out, but it's sad nonetheless. And nothing was our fault, yet we will end up eating the cost of a new replacement vehicle (that we did not have in our budget, since our 3 year old van was paid off).
