I had a removal order when I previously logged into the EOIR site, this February should have been my year mark since I filed my U-Visa Appeal. Now my removal or appeal no longer shows up!! Hopefully this means something good is happening on my case, since I been fighting my removal since 2018 🥰🥰
I didn't know I was in removal until I went to my GC interview. My original hearing was supposedly August 2019. Covid somehow became a blessing for me and I guess they rescheduled my hearing instead of having me deported. 😅 Dismiss the case already waiting to reopen my I485.
They gave me a date, but I guess it was fake? Because I showed up at court, and name was NOWHERE. I called the number, and they said, " The case has not been filed with immigration court "
Good morning, i have an issue about my visa application and that of ny wife from Nigeria . She had a child in New Jersey Newark 24 years ago. We did not get the bill as my friend moved and did not keave a forwarding address. We could not another visa after ours expired. Hwhat shold we do.
Hi, can you pls advise. I'm currently waiting for an eb2 NIW visa interview in Nigeria, but the visa bulletin has retrogressed, and my case is no longer current. However, I recently got a postdoc offer in US, and the university is ready to apply for h1b visa for me. Would the h1b visa impact my awaiting eb2 visa interview negatively. Thanks
Hi ma'am on my ds 2019 it is mentioned - two years rule don't apply but on my visa its mentioned 2 years rule apply. So can i change my status later? And i want to bring my wife in the US on J2 visa, so can i do that?
Hi, I have this case which is starting from uscis to nvc.I (we) my spouse submited every nesesary documents and folloe prodger.finally it approved by nvc and ready for visa interview sbord wherr my spouse live.we are waiting sins August 2022 we haven't hear any thing till now. I don't know how long we have to wait. Do we need have a lawyer for this matter. I tried every possible but it is so frustrated. I ever tried to ask the rep Congress office. McBean, I'm Just wondering if I'm also a victim of fraud? in 2017 my employer promises me that she'll will petition me and my co-worker. we hired immigration lawyer after paying half of the service to the lawyer. my lawyer finds out that my employer not paying W2. is there any chances that you also can help us? thank you.

Hello. But why wouldn’t they forward a denied I-130 to immigration court? It’s just going to be filled away at USCIS office?

What does it mean if you check with EOIR and it tells you " No case for this allien number"
It means you have a green card
