I am a 45 years old former LRA holder. I was issued NTA in 1998 and subsequently render an final ordered of removal to Vietnam on August 12,1998 while undergone detention for 3 and 1/2 years. I am still under an order of removal depending Vietnam diplomatic issues while in supervision report annually. Do I have any chance of benefit fro this new memorandum. Also I been married to my beloved wife for 16 years with four children ages 12- 6
