In this video, I am using a Delta to show how to use the ISPSoft programming language to write a PLC control program to control the function of filling a tank system by using virtual a PLC’s analog input/output ports. In the process of creating the control program, I am using all other software such as the OPC server as well. This video is a very basic tutorial lesson in which I demonstrate how you can use analog-related instructions to manipulate the final goal of controlling the water level into small programs and come up with the final code to do the job.

How can analog output signal from plc turns as input to the electro pneumatic regulator.

Hi there, I explained general guides to work with analog signals and modules. For a specific device, you will need to use its user manual or an experienced engineer who works with electro-pneumatic regulators.

SIR, I AM USING DELTA TP70P-22XA1R PLC WITH BUILT-IN HMI, I WANT TO KNOW THE MODEL(SS2/SX2....) TO BE SLECTED WHEN LADDER PROGRAMMING. AND WHAT SOFTWARE TO BE USED FOR HMI PROGRAMMING.

i have delta DVP ES2 model. i am using ISPSoft when i click on (auxiliary design of extension modules), it gives me an error message (this model does not support this function). so what could be the solution and hpw we can work with extension modules for the ES2 model. thanks
