Oh nice right as I'm starting an emerald nuzlocke lmfao, because of dupes clause feebas is actually a guaranteed encounter if you're patient for it and milotic seems really good
Thanks for this guide. You are a lifesaver. Got several Feebas tonight and evolved one of them into Milotic using your tactic. My battery has run dry but i got one Cornn berry for the berry master and i had a stock before it ran dry. Now I only got 4 left but I finally got my Milotic
Sooo... Cornn berry is fine but you can go much simpler than that : You just have to harvest all 6 Kelpsy and 6 Bluk berries on route 115 (including the zone accross the short water path) and you're good to go for evolving Feebas. If you wanna make sure it's enough to make it evolve, you can always hunt for a Feebas with a nature that makes it crave dry berries (preferably modest for that extra special attack boost). With that said, it actually means that you can have your own Milotic in your team before the 6th gym by mixing the berries in Slateport City for Ruby and Saphire versions. For Emerald, since there's no contest foyer before reaching Lilycove City, you're gonna have to wait until then. I tried it for both versions and it works fine !
@@brendanolivarez7031 It all depends on the pokeblock's smoothness which varies depending on the berry and how well you mix it. Basically, you want your pokeblocks to have the least amount of smoothness possible so the pokemon's sheen increases slower, allowing the pokemon to eat more blocks. I would say that with average berries you can feed between 12 and 15 blocks to your pokemon depending on how well you mix them
6:07 That is, unless you replace the battery. Oh, except for the fact that doing that resets the clock, and no new clock-based events can occur until the new battery's clock gets to where the last one left off, meaning you won't be able to grow Berries until that happens anyway. There are so many factors as to how evolving Feebas works, and I'm probably making it sound harder than it actually is, but God, does everything surrounding getting Milotic suck.
1:10 into this video he says many people report to finding a feebass in less than 30 minutes and as he said that I got my encounter at my 18th minute using his guide
Thank you, I’m going to play Pokemon Emerald all the way through for the first time on my DS (I tend to not like my team building halfway thru, but this time I have it planned out fully). I’m sure I have the patience to train a Feebas to Milotic.
Before i watch the video, i talk to berry master and gave me 2x cornn berry for the first time, i didnt notice it until i watch your video lmao 😂 then first catching feebas for 10mins i have the modest nature, literally the luckiest day for me
Hi Techno, do you think it would be best to plant the berries near the weather institute where it always rains? I wasn't sure if that always waters your berries in case you don't come back after 6 hours
Try getting some Chesto Berries!!! While on their own, they can't get you a Milotic. But with the help of 7 Cornn Berries, you should be okay. I would recommend getting at least FOUR Chesto Berries. That should do the trick!
@TechnoTrainer I have a modest feebas and 4 chesto along with the 7 cornn. Do you think if the npc drop a cornn berry into the pokeblock it makes a difference, can they even drop one in???
@@Dinner34 They can in the right situation but they won't here. Also, I was doing my math wrong from memory here. 7 Cornn Berries will actually be enough, especially with a Modest Nature. If you don't believe me, go ahead and save your game, then blend your Berries and feed them. Once you give it the Rare Candy, it will level up, I promise!
If you dont mind waiting until the postgame, you could actually get the cornn berries and clone it at the battle frontier battle tower but then again if you cant get the cornn berries, you'll probably need to trade at least one over from another game that has it to clone it. I think pamtre berries works just as well and you can get it as a pickup from FR/LG
You can also get the pamtre berry and dupe that, which I believe will even let you evolve your feebas if it has one of the 3 nature's that dislike the beauty stat raising blocks
Plz use Pamtree berries with the old man only!!! Level will be 50 and the feel with be 45. It takes only 5 6 of these to reach max beauty its super EASY i do this with a dead battery to evolve perfect iv shiny feebasses
Pokémon can only eat a certain amount of PokéBlocks. If you fed it others outside of the ones I instructed then it will be full.. you'll have to use a different Feebas now!

For those who need more help best nature to go for milotic is mild and modest as they like blue/ indigo berries and they r suitable natures for milotic too. If u go to challenge master house after beating elite4 and talk to his wife enter the phrase ''challenge contest'' which will give u one pamtre berry , this berry gives highest points out of all berries but it takes days to grow but just incase ur battery has died u can have this one .
