I owned a 4 BHK apartment at THE STRAND, I searched so many projects but no one developer is giving the clear height of 10.2 ft, though its only 2 acres project they have designed it with low density, elevated the floor height by giving 5 level Parking, so The Strand's 1st floor will be at the height of 70 ft means other projects 7th floor is the 1st floor of the strand. All useful amenities has been given on ground and top floor from where city view can be enjoyed. The developer & team are trustworthy and they are not like other commerical builders. Highly recommended....

I booked here & cancelled its token in December. That time prices were also too low. Due to few of the shortcomings in this project, I decided not to go ahead with them.
Also The Spaces commercial tower near Gera Imperium Alpha in Kharadi is constructed by them.
