This is my 1080p HD Playthrough with commentary of Shadow the Hedgehog for the Nintendo Gamecube! I just love the Sonic and Shadow interactions in the hero cutscenes. Sonic being snarky and cocky but joyful at the same time, and Shadow being more closed to his emotions and the serious guy.

This guess hasn't been researched at all, but the reason I think the Sonic partner AI is smarter than the others is because he also has AI programming for the Diablon/Sonic boss fight.
Nope! sonic is even stupider in the Diablon fight.

Glad to have u back cobi now u have the Hero Story playthrough but the character that I wanna see is Espio, Silver, Vector, Blaze, and also Jet thats the only characters that I wanna see in Sonic Boom but yeah I was wondering if u could do Super Mario Sunshine or Sonic Adventure DX playthrough.

Um will silver be in the upcoming team sonic racing? Great not westopolis! But we're fighting alongside sonic who's on our side. Black doom! anytime I see him I think about spiderman PS4! I'm holding a sign? Cooooool! That's right jumping on walls shadow Lost world! Or shadow edge of time? Or the amazing shadow? Take down these. Time to teach those black doom creatures about justice! Y'know by beating the snots out of them. Look its shadow revenge of the fallen! Cause of the guns! DEATH TO ALL THOSE WHO APPOSE ME! just need 5 more. Hope I didn't skip anyone. Yes! Yes they are! It was awesome of Sega to have the ultimate lifeform in Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric and Shattered Crystal. Shadow is actually one of the two fan favorite characters, the other is Metal Sonic.

Back then when Cobi was describing sonic bosses as parasites from anuses and yelling "NO!" everytime he would die.

I love how he makes an effort to not kill the aliens on dark mode but doesn't care about killing good guys in this mode

In my opinion this game was great for me as a child n now since I'm playing it again I just don't see how some people don't like it
1: sonic team tried too hard to be edgy
2: in order to finish the game completely, you have to do it 10 times
+very mad guy but you go through different stages for the first five times

No, but now that you say it, yes. They had sort of had it in Wreck-it-Ralph, not officially, so anything is possible.

10:08 - Dude, at the end of a stage, if you're doing a Hero mission, the score you get is all your Hero points MINUS your Dark points. Vice-versa for the Dark missions

btw cobi, if you're doing the hero mission and you fill up the dark gauge, your score is calcuulated by subtractng the dark points from the hero points, so if the opposite score was too high, you won't get an a, so killing the gun soldiers was a bad idea

Sonic is such a tool in this game...wtf?! Ohmigods, a new Sonic game?? I'm siked!! Though I'll probably end up just watching your gameplay- you must do that game! Hey cobermani456 did you know that if you plug in a second controller and are following a hero story the second player can control sonic and his friends and help shadow (player one). I used to play this game and always get my brother to help me by playing as sonics friends because I hatred being the bad guy.

...Why are the Emeralds in different places if you do different missions?
How the hell did the Emerald from Cyberspace end up in Lethal Highway, for instance?
That first bad rank is due to all those evil actions you caused. When completing a Hero mission, your Evil score actually SUBTRACTS from your total! The reverse is true for Evil missions as well.
I like how when Shadow does the Chaos Blast, Sonic is unaffected. It's like Sonic's in Hyper Sonic mode but with blue color.
hey cobi, did you know if there's a 2nd control, hero characters can be used by a 2nd player just like in Sonic the Hedgehog games
Shadow for sure! But the whole team chaotix too!
idk if it works on the Wii but did you know if you plug another controller into the player 2 slot of the GameCube you can actually control Sonic? Or any mission character that's there to help? (Except Black doom) They can't move off screen from where Shadow is but it's a neat little thing! You can make Omega go kill some enemies if you want or anyone else. I haven't tried it with Charmy but it works with everybody else on the ground.
I'd love to see Rouge appearing in Sonic Boom, that and Shadow and possibly the Chaotix. :D

I would like to see Blaze and Shadow in the next game.
The reason that Sonic is able to attack enemies is that he needed a working Homing Attack to use in the boss fight against him and Diablon.
If she isn't already in I definitely want to see Blaze. I don't know why, but I really like Blaze ever since her first game in sonic rush. I also think she has been in enough games to be considered a "mainish" character so... Yeah
You are also able to control sonic if you connect the 2nd controller.

I so happy to see more Shadow so the Hero story begins Sonic does sound weird in this game but oh well.The same stage for the third time is going to get boring going though the stage 7 more times.I agree with you on what charters I would like to see in Sonic Boom Shadow and Blaze that would be awesome if they were in Sonic Boom.
Sonic actually attacks enemies because he's the only one with a homing attack. If you use the second controller to control other hero characters, they have a spin dash in the air but it does not have homing capabilities.
