16:43 I know you've been told this before, but that's Johnny Canuck. "Johnny Hockey" is Johnny Gaudreau, since he was drafted shortly after "Johnny Football" Manziel was big in college football and went to the NFL
Yup. Canuck was basically a Canadian version of Uncle Sam.
As a huge Kraken fan, I will keep the logo color scheme as it is, but that jersey idea will be pretty cool

Dallas fan here, i really want the star silhouette back on the jersey i miss it so much, however i will say i still like the logo being slanted just feels more powerful
As a Minnesota fan, I'm always over critical of Wild concepts, but this one is indeed fantastic. Still prefer their current away, but for the home, yes please.

I’m Fifth Corner Design! Always love a good reaction to my jersey designs! I’m hoping to come up with some alternate designs to submit as well. Glad people loved the Vegas LTIR name lol. I chose lesser known guys for the name bars, and I couldn’t help it for Vegas lol
Dude, you're SO good. I LOVED this series. So many subtle changes that just made sense (the teal and moving the name Islanders for New York), balanced with some wild swings (Edmonton, notably. That away jersey looks *SIIIIIIIICK* btw), and I didn't think there was one didn't work.

You said that the purple and teal all star jerseys were modeled after the Dallas stars jerseys, but that's not actually true. Those star design all star jerseys came out in 1994, and were used until 1997. Dallas only adopted that jersey style in 1997. The 1994 all star game was in New York, at MSG.
Here's an odd thing, but I liked that the name and number weren't of the team's biggest star (or a general "24" and the creator's name).
It was at MSG in 1994, where the "Stars with a literal Star" jersey made its debut.
The biggest thing that jumped out at me was most of the numbers are one color - no outlines.
You have the Minnesota/Florida concept that the chest striping doesn't continue onto the back. I think the Nashville white/yellow striping can wrap around and not take away from number legibility. I may change the striping on Seattle's jersey to make the number stand out. Same teal-white-navy-teal-white on both?
The other thing that bothered me was adding gold to the Dallas jerseys but leaving silver in the logo.

they kinda already revealed it, the jersey's kinda look like the Winnipeg Ice and it'll have Utah at the front like what the Rangers have
Anaheim is likely rocking their alternate orange jerseys as their full time home jerseys
I like how they fixed the Dallas logo to not be so lopsided and can be centered properly

The All-Star game needs to be at the end of the season, instead of in the middle of the season. It would be nice to go back to the East v West, or North America v The World.

as a Flyers i likely like the his take on the Flyers outdoor jersey i like he moved the numbers to the Sleeve not shoulder it made the jerseys look so much better
Also, thought I’d mention, I just made the 2027 All Star set as a fun concept, Winnipeg is my team😅 I doubt we ever get the All Star Game lol

How awesome is that Canada will not be raising the cup this year. Yup I’m counting my chickens here, but I feel very confident. It’s only a matter of if it will be a sweep 🧹 or not.
Quite solid concepts overall, although a lot of them feel empty or unfinished. Especially the numbers that in most cases need an outline or something.
I really don’t understand the universal love for Carolina’s stick with flags as primary. It’s pretty much just a shoulder patch. They should really just settle with the Hurricane they have or make an even better ”centered” logo.
Tampa’s needs a lot more black with the 92 logo.

You can always tell when a designer doesn’t understand a city. The easiest one to tell is Pittsburgh. If a designer ever puts blue into a penguins primary home or away jersey, it will never sit with fans. Pittsburgher only do black and gold (yellow) that’s it. We’ll entertain a blue third jersey, they’re fairly popular, but never again will a Penguins primary jersey have blue in it. Every sports team in Pittsburgh is black and gold, that’s the color scheme. Putting blue in a penguins jersey would be like replacing the red in the Canadiens jersey with egg plant purple. Penguins fans were excited about the return of the skating penguin in the early 2000, but still were never sold on Vegas gold. Pittsburgh should just be black and gold, that’s it, blue was a thing, yes, but it’s gone, it’s not been part of the primary uniform for over 40 years and it shouldn’t come back.
Canes thoughts: 1) numbers need a border and 2) don't do red flag on red jersey--it disappears. Otherwise I like the design.

Nothing against this designer in particular, but in almost all if not every recent jersey design video, there have not been good devils jerseys (I am a devils fan). I want to design a good devils jersey myself, but I don’t want to have to do all the other teams 😅

Nah, Neil I see it too on the Habs, it's like Expos blue almost. Also, I'm not a fan of the striping on the Hawks concept, the Blackhawks' uniform is one of...if not the most colorful uniform in the NHL, but when the colors are striped up, it just sort of clashes with the red to my eye.
That kind of striping, It's sort of bugged me since EA released the "Digital Six" series for NHL 19,
7:25 that is perfect for a rebrand if the oilers wanted a modern look but keep the classic logo at the same time i always thought the heritage classic jersey uniforms wouldve looked great with the oilers regular logo! Only thing id do is make the shoulder patches in the same direction.
I really like that Vegas jersey. A little more red would be great!
