    Get Ready for a Treat! 😋 Learn how to make delicious Doodhi na Muthiya , a popular Gujarati Snack Recipe , with Bhavnaben's Kathyawadi Swad ! 🎉 In this video, we'll show you the easy method to prepare this tasty treat using curd , spices , and *love*! ❤️
    Ingredients:
    3 spoon curd 🥛
    3 spoons oil ⛽️
    1 spoon red chili powder ❗️
    3/4 spoon turmeric powder 💛
    2 spoons coriander powder 🌿
    Salt to taste 💸
    Sugar to taste 🍮
    2-3 teaspoons lemon juice 🍋
    1/4 teaspoon cooking soda ⚗️
    Chopped bhaji and sargavan leaves (optional) 🌱
    1 and 1/2 cups Wheat Flour 🌾
    1/2 cup Besan (Chickpea Flour) 🌾
    1/2 cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajari Flour) 🌾
    Fresh coriander leaves for garnish 🌿
    Method:
    1. *Prepare the base*: Beat 3 tbsp curd and 3 tbsp oil together until smooth. This ensures a soft and moist muthiya.
    2. *Spice it up*: Add 1 tbsp red chili powder, ½ tbsp turmeric, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1-2 tbsp salt, and sugar. Mix well to create a flavorful paste.add veggies like dudhi and optionally Saragava/ Durstick leaves, methi or any other for more flavor and nutrition.
    3. *Make the dough*: Gradually add 1/4 cup wheat flour, ½ cup besan, 1/2 cup Bajri flout to this mixture and knead it into a firm dough.
    4. *Shape the Muthiya*: Roll the dough into small cylindrical shapes (like fist-size rolls) and set them aside.
    5. *Steam*: Place the rolls in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
    6. *Final Tadka*: Once steamed, you can optionally pan-fry the muthiya pieces with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and sesame seeds for added flavor and crunch!
