You can add jowar flour, but adding bajri flour would make muthiya dark in colour and a little more chewy. Still if you want to add bajri flour, add it in a small proportion (3-4 spoons)

Muthiya ko soft aur fluffy banaane k liye baking soda add karna hota hai. Video me maine baking soda ka measurement dikhaya hai..that is 1 pinch (1/4 Tsp), ye amount bohot kam hai.
Agar aapko nahi daalna hai to muthiya ki softness me thoda farak aayega, aur khaane me thode chewy banenge.
