I thought that I would just share our recent holiday to Turkey. One of the good things about living in Bulgaria is the close proximity to the surrounding countries by Land. We are literally about an hour maybe an hour and a half away from the Turkish border. We decided to drive to Antalya to visit our family who were travelling to Turkey from England. We had an amazing holiday. However, we were rather disappointed because everyone had told us that turkey was very cheap but we didn’t find it cheaper than Bulgaria at all! nonetheless, we had an amazing holiday and it was lovely to see our family Has anyone been to Turkey recently and if so, did you find it more expensive than anticipated?
Hello! Yes I totally agree! But I know that most people associate Sunny Beach with Bulgaria as a holiday destination - but that’s why I put Nesebar in there as well because I’m much prefer it! Thank you for commenting😃🩷
I absolutely agree with you. Turkish hotels and food are better. Turkish prices at 5 star all-inclusive hotels are lower, and at the same time, the quality is better.
Thank you very much for the comment! It’s an odd thing isn’t it? That although the prices there are higher at the moment they’ve still managed to provide cheaper accommodation - and as you say very good quality.😊

Both places look fabulous. I know Turkey has very high inflation at the moment so I can well believe Bulfaria is better value for your money.
@@jeffashwell6056 thank you Jeff for your input
Thank you, very informative. Personally I prefer Nesebar. Sunny Beach seemed a bit too Benidormy for me 😂
