Thank you so much for your helpful video. I have the same exact bike as that and there are just not enough videos about a CRF150R. So thank you again this video saved me a whole lot of time
Thanks for your help got it all back together fairly easily. Just to discover the Kickstarter spring was sprung it was back in its slot just not taught enough so now it’s got to all come apart again. My luck lol
Rob! Cool setup, I just did a CRF450R water pump video. I like your garage setup and I wanted to leave some praise. Have a great day and keep up the detailed explanations
.... this bearing slides out easy, however you never know if it needs a little "help" to shift it! A tap with a flat head punch will do fine. Have fun!
@@RobLinck I'll check it, what happen now is when the engine is hot is spill coolant from the exit hose , then I check the level on radiator and is little lower ,I guess if water not running through just get hot and spill it
@@MikeRM399 ....take the radiator cap off....start the engine and you should see the water circulating in the top of the radiator.... it has too circulate.... thats the job of the pump. Sometimes it will get hotish because there is NO air going through the radiator to cool....that only happens when you ride the bike.
.... use a 10mm socket wrench and tighten as much as you can holding the impeller with your fingers and a rag. That's enough. When assembled don't worry about if it will become loose when the engine runs. .. remember... it's a left hand thread... it tightens itself when engine is running.
@@04tacomaguy1 ... always if possible use a new gasket... I apply on both sides a little silicone tube gasket to make sure there is a good bonding and no leaks.

Do you still have your 150 ?
Good morning man, nice video ! Can you make a video explaining how I can change the clutch of the crf 150r. Thaanks !
Do I absolutely need a kickstart spring? Is necessary for the engine to run? I can just bring the kickstarter back up myself. right?
Beli seal nya di mna
Do you need a blind hole bearing puller to remove the bearing or can you knock it out from the front side once you remove the seal?

Does the kickstart shaft have any timing
...no it doesn't. Make sure the return spring is located properly. 👍
@@RobLinck ok thanks!
Hi, how you know when the water pump is not working ?
....check your water in the radiator and see if there is white froth or cream.... if there is... you need a change sooner than later!
