    Video Transcript:
Plan management, a Plan manager will be responsible for paying any service providers you receive supports from so, you won’t have to worry about paying them yourself.
If you have Plan Management included in your plan you will also be able to use service providers who are not registered with the NDIS.
Giving you greater choice and control.
The Plan Management service fee is completely covered by your NDIS plan under the “Improved Life Choices” budget and is added on top of your already allocated funding.
Improved Life Choices funding covers both the set up and monthly fees for plan management. This will allow the plan manager to be able to process invoices from your providers and answer any questions you may have regarding your plan managed budgets.
If you wish to have a plan manager like NDSP Plan Managers work with you over the course of your plan all you have to do is ask for plan management to be included in your plan.
This can be done during the planning process or you can ask for a review to have Improved Life Choices included into your plan.

Thanks for asking your question. Yes, you may do so. Plan management allows you to have "choice and control" over providers and you can use both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers (support workers, occupational therapists, etc.).
If you wish to become plan managed by NDSP (in case you aren't yet), you may give us a call at 1800 63 63 77 or you can also visit our website at ndsp.com.au. Have a wonderful day! - Your NDSP Plan Managers team
