Thanks Brad! That was awesome. I’m glad to see my brew methods vindicated…lots of swearing and winging it. Very generous with the recipe as well, much appreciated.
Great brew day. I really enjoy it when you don't edit out all the little frustrations. Reminds me more of my brew days, lol. They rarely go perfectly. Dig the grain to glass format.
Thanks! We agree, have to keep that stuff in there so people can see that not everything goes as planned but there's usually a way to fix it. Or at the very least just roll with it lol Cheers
This looks like a very cool recipe. I’m planning on trying it for my next brew day. Can you let me know the IBUs that I should be shooting for? Thanks!
Love the video and definitely would like to buy the grain package for this exact brew. Also would love to see a video/review on the steam condenser for the brewzilla
@@graintoglass I’m buying a brewzilla gen 4 shorty. In summer I’ll brew outside but during the winter months(Winnipeg) I will be brewing indoors and I’m concerned about condensation and smell
Hey I kinda fell into a head brewers job.. Been brewing for almost 2 years now.. im in NB canada... would love to have someone to throw ideas back and forth with Cheers
Hey Brad got an idea for fucked up friday. After my last IPA I planned on trying my hand at hard cider. All good intentions of cleaning my SS conical fermenter but it was getting late in the day after packaging the IPA so I thought Fuck It. I just dumped 18 litres of apple juice into the trub mixed in some yeast nutrient an 11g packet of Voss stirred the b’Jesus out of it popped in the air lock and left it up the the gods of brewing. At 30c the kveik did its duty in 2 days. After bottle conditioning for a week “Bider” or “Ipacider an interesting very dry 7% brew and quite drinkable 🍻
I love Fridays:-) an Irish stout sounds good

Should have the recipe kits up on our website in the next few days.
What is it about the condenser that you are interested in? Cheers

@@clintseys9782 Condensation shouldn't be an issue as it will only boil of 3-4 liters. Might cut down on the smell though. Cheers
Nice vid. Shouldnt the floating dip tube go on the yellow post?
According to Paul yes, according to Brad no 😂
Next idea - showcase the different style of glasses for serving different beers.
Good idea, cheers!

Watching Brad brew raises my heart rate. I feel like every step is on the verge of disaster and truly deserving of the FuF label.
Relax, Don't Worry, Have a Sippy-Poo. Cheers
Can you talk about RAPT feature on the Brewzilla v4 on a future vid?
Do you have a West Coast IPA recipe you can brew? Or your New Zealand DIPA?
Oooh I forgot about that new zealand one. As long as we have the hops in stock, I'll do it very soon. If not, I'll do a west coast, or maybe both.
I've seen enough Japanese cartoons to know what his problem with the hoses is

"popped in the air lock and left it up the the gods of brewing." This is the way lol. What kind of apple juice did you use? I need to try this.
