It’s a German pils dry hopped with noble hops so pretty much what you’re going for. Different style of hops that’s all.
Where did you get the bag your malt pipe was in? Cool vid.

Add some wheat like about 5% and keep the FG in the low side. It would keep the drinkabilitty and still increase the perception of mouth fullness

It has 6.5% Wheat & finished at 1.004! 🤘
