You never own property. The government owns it and they let you live on it as long as you pay your government rent. If you improve their land, ie; build a house on it, using after tax dollars, they increase your rent!

#1. STOP working jobs that DO NOT pay you in CASH MONEY, and request your tax ID NUMBER (SOCIAL SECURITY CARD NUMBER), work construction farming jobs like the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS DO!
#2 want to own a home? buy undeveloped land with lots of trees. clear a spot in there and dig a DEEP HOLE. then build an underground bunker, and cover the entrance. THEN AND ONLY THEN get a building permit IF REQUIRED, and build the smallest 1 bedroom you can , on a concrete slab.put a closet over the entrance to the bunker. after the final building inspection, bust out the closet floor. place a hydrollic forklift mast at the bottom. build a replacement concrete slab on the forklift platform so it will replace the whole closet floor. the idea is to leave the closet floor bare so there is a "transition " on the edge of the flooring for the closet floor to touch. NO ONE should be able to tell that the original slab has been modified!!
#3. your property tax is based on the above the ground buildings, THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT IS UNDER GROUND. DO ALL THE WORK YOURSELF, OR PAY ILLEGALS CASH MONEY FOR THEIR LABOR!!
#4.GROW A GARDEN AND LEARN CANNING. THEY CANT TAX YOU ON WHAT YOU DO NOT BUT.
#5. THE DEPrtment of agriculture will build you a "farm pond" for free! also will build a green house for free(have to plant crops in the ground only as purpose is growing season extension), they provide x amount of $ and you can spend that or add some $ to it.
#6. NEVER EVER use GRID TIE SOLAR. place your panels very close to the ground so you can clean them easily. preferable to place on a trailer with wheels to NOT be taxed on them as an property improvement .
#7. you have the option to dig outward from inside your bunker to expand it, CONCRETE IS YOUR FRIEND!
#8. pretend to be POOR, drive old rust bucket cars, have an extra one in case of break downs. learn to repair it yourself!
#9. when building a deck or porch onto your house, DO NOT ATTACH IT TO THE HOUSE!! leave the required inches and YOU CANT BE TAXED!!
#10 buy an outside boiler to heat your house, and hot water. you can burn cardboard, paper, old wooden furniture or even garbage to heat on warm days. EVEN TIRES!
ALL THIS STUFF I HAVE DONE MYSELF, I HAVE PAID INCOME TAXES JUST 2 TIMES IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND IM 65 YEARS OLD!!
    ALSO IM MARRIED TO STEFFY!!

Great info but sad to think about how we have to go to such extreme lengths just to protect ourselves from the government and their greedy tax code. I am sure some of that is probably considered fraudulent or illegal under some administrative law because the federal government has created a police state and a welfare state. If one were to avoid taxes in Steffy’s way, they should not be inviting the government onto their property in the case of Steffy’s #5 suggestion. Just on principle alone, I wouldn’t try taking taxpayer’s money from government programs if I could figure out a way not to pay into it in the first place. Don’t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly appreciate what Steffy is saying but I worked hard to earn the nice things I have… I should be able to keep the government from taking advantage of me over and over, when I paid for most of their mistakes.

    • @claudepotts784
      @claudepotts784 4 місяці тому +3

As an individual you want to study the second part of the code, however parts of it can direct you to the first. I tried studying it at my local law library in my state's supreme court building. I recommend that you buy a soft bound copy so that you have the entire code in one book, not a dozen or more books.
The code is deliberately scrambled to make it difficult to follow so you must be willing to persist until you understand.
The code is definition after definition after definition. You must understand the concept of "includes" as it is used throughout the code to define things. Draw a circle and write the word "included" within that circle. You must understand that anything not included is automatically excluded.

This is a LLC for State, but a PASS THROUGH entity for federal (ie you just do 1040 with SEP worksheet). an SMLLC costs about $800 to setup and it makes you a "contractor" instead of a W2 employee. Then you use the the company for deductions: milage, meals, utilties, supplies as well as take advantage of QBI (Qualified Business Income Deduction). The only issue is that you have to pay for your own health insurance which has become incredibly expensives For a 40 year male, you pay about $500/mo for health insurance Bronze ($7K deductible). The biggest tax loophole for s corp owners is defined benefit pension plans. These allow you to make pretty high tax deductible contributions that reduce your small business profits. The reason these plans are allowed is that really rich people, like the board of directors for corporations, want this. But you have to have limited employees to use this. Hire a pension planning firm to make sure you do this legally.
The other way to get really rich, but not pay taxes is to keep reinvesting in your business and therefore keep profits low and then eventually sell the business, which will be taxed as a capital gain, at much lower tax rates. And the benefit is that you only get taxed ONCE, when you sell the business.
Getting rich means turning short term "profits" into long term capital gains. And if you have any losses, you can offset the capital gains.

I'm a real estate professional, and I don't have a high income and I still pay taxes. Cost segregation and accelerated depreciation just keep you on a hamster wheel of having to 1031 into new properties every 5 years or so and doesn't really make sense for smaller properties. The usable lifespan of your furniture or the flooring isn't really relevant in a single family home or small multi. This is really the game large real estate investors play to make the numbers work, when the income sucks, if they can park money for a while and offset a tax burden they'll take a deal that essentially has zero cash flow.

    • @happyzahn8031
      @happyzahn8031 5 місяців тому +1

On a single family, you can do a simple cost segregation yourself without much work and some benefit. However, you could also just use the tax wizards built into tax platforms and they do much of it for you. Paying someone to do it for you pretty much uses all the money saved unless the property is large multifamily. 1031 is a real pain. A lot of work but perhaps some gain for it depending on your situation.

      1) 19% sales tax on everything you pay
      2) Up to 45% income tax. Middle class pays around 30%.
      3) Company taxes varying by regions up to over 30%
      4) Flat 25% stock tax and a tax on unrealized gains
      4) Additional payments you don‘t see on your payroll because the employer already pays it beforehand to the state
      5) Social security/pension/healthcare which is about 1/4t of your net income. That is right. Those so called "benefits" aren‘t even part of the taxes.
      6) Last but not least there are an additional thousand taxes I won‘t list. Just to give an example your car is taxed 5 times through different taxes such as fuel tax, car tax, carbon tax etc.
Now adding those all together, anything the average person buys is about 19% more expensive, your median salary is here at 40k (nowhere near as high as in the US), it costs the employer about 50k due to the benefits, after all deductions you end up with like 25k. That doesn‘t even include the taxes the company had to pay.
The actual tax burden here is about 60%.
Believe me, you guys don‘t have it as bad.

In the end a government is just a forced investment scheme. It's just a business that somehow managed to monopolize both the creation of currency, the legal system and violence. While in theory a monopoly can be a great thing, it really depends on the skill of the workers and the mandates they adhere to. With the US, and most governments, the mandates they sell us, the workers, and the mandate they receive from their board of investors (donors/lobbyists) do no align.. at all.
I believe this to be a core reason why the US is so divided today because it doesn't really matter who you vote for as policy is made by investors for investors. So the politicians/PR/HR department needs to come up with reasons why their promises do not line up with the policy the implement and the worse that contrast becomes the more important it becomes for the workforce to be diverted. It is the reason why the US is always in one moral panic or another.
I think it's long overdue that if we are forced to invest in this business we call a government we should get meaningful returns instead of the current state that makes the majority of people poorer not richer. We need better transparency and better means to make government/corporate policy that benefits all its investors not just the ones with the biggest pockets or with close personal relations with those in positions of power.

I agree. It would be better if citizens could at least pick where half of the money they're forcibly taxed on was spent . That would change the world dramatically almost overnight, as most of us are just normal people who don't see the world as some game in which we have to tread on and crush others in an effort to climb to the top - or "win". We just want to live happily in harmony with others and our environment.

The income tax did not start with the 16th amendment. The 16th amendment granted no new taxing power. Its purpose was to make sure it was not collected by State apportionment and it moved the income tax from the direct tax category to the indirect tax category to avoid the need to make it uniform in operation.
You opt in by applying to join the Social Security System. Prior to joining Social Security, the national government knew very little about you and had no direct jurisdiction over Citizens of the States. By the Census, the national government had your name, state, county, occupation, race, sex, etc. but no knowledge about how much money you made, where it was made, where you were until the next Census, etc. The only times a State Citizen met up with national jurisdiction is if he counterfeited the coin of the US, traveled to Washington, D.C., did interstate commerce, was in coastal waters, etc. Your State and your Sheriff kept national authorities out of your state. By joining Social Security, you invite the national jurisdiction into your State, violating State sovereignty.
The income tax is an indirect tax in that it is measuring the amount of privilege one gets by being a subject of the US according to the 14th amendment. White people could not be brought within the meaning of the 14th amendment until they voluntarily joined Social Security.

My tax bill is obscene each year. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do with the AMT concerning Income, at least not when you reach my tax bracket. However, concerning investments, rental properties - both residential and commercial, are golden due to Amortization. With most of my properties I experience no Capital Gains when I sell a property due to amortization. I hate residential properties due to the fact that people generally are immoral and selfish. With Commercial you have less maintenance and repair costs. Commercial can stay vacant longer. During down turns, that is when you acquire new properties. During up turns that is when they get rented. The key is to use cash not debt in your acquisitions.

    • @grumpa5798
      @grumpa5798 3 місяці тому +1

@@kayvonmansouri AMT = Alternative Minimum Tax It is a rule in the Tax code that requires that basically supercedes the itemization of your personal tax return. If your itemized deductions hit a certain threshold in comparison to your Income, then the itemized deductions don't apply. The IRS levies a minimum tax against your income. I believe this was originally set up to keep millionaires from writing off everything and not paying income tax. However, now most who are upper middle class can get exposure to the AMT.
Concerning not paying capital gains on rental income property, you are allowed to amortize a certain portion of your properties value each year. The longer you own a property, the more you can amortize its' value. In many cases, when you sell, the amortization reduces the value of the property below your original purchase price.

I do not file tax returns or pay any income taxes and I make a lot of money. That's not because I am evading any taxes That is explicitly because the modern income tax that began back in 1913 is just an excise tax. For example Congress never had the authority to impose an income tax on The average guy living and working in any one of the 50 states of the Union earning his or her own US domestic source income
So the question is who did Congress impose the income tax on? It's actually really simple. The modern income tax has been imposed on non-resident aliens and foreign corporations deriving US domestic source income and US citizens residing abroad with foreign earned income. In tax law for example a US person is explicitly a US entity of any type that has control of US domestic source income now heading to a foreign entity of some type.
Unless you have something to do with the flow of that money or you happen to be a US citizen residing abroad earning foreign earn income you ain't got nothing to do with the income tax my friend. Stop signing w-4s and w-9s those forms have nothing to do with the average guy and never did plus a 1040 form for example has two uses one is for a non-resident alien to file their tax return and the other one is for a US person to file on behalf of the non-resident alien as a US agent for the non-resident alien with tax liability

Not sure I understand how someone making $100,000 a year is paying half of their salary in taxes. After inccome tax, SS, Medicaire, etc. they would have roughly 82, 500. So another $32,500 would be spent in taxes on food, rent/property, gas, etc? In order to pay $32,500 of those taxes, the person would have to have a very expensive piece of property. Or spend a LOT of money on groceries, gas, clothing, etc. If that were the case, a person making $100,000 a year would pretty much be spending their remaining $50,000 a year on everything and have nothing left over. Not to even put in savings. Plenty of people are making $100,000 a year and half of their salaries are not going to takes.

Marisa Breton Dollard is the licensed advisor I use. Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.

Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks

I was shocked when I found out that we pay taxes in fast food restaurants and I'm someone who doesn't make any money yet. 😂 I looked at my family like, "Is this for real?!"
Now, I'm looking into financial literacy and legal literacy because I don't want to be an idiot.
It's like everything is taxed. When you buy something, when you earn money, when you invest, when you own a car or a house, when a company pays you dividends... it's everywhere. Holy shit.
I understand now why most people hate paying taxes, but I also heard there are loopholes in which certain people are excempted from paying taxes. Probably rich and wealthy people.

just wait till you see how much taxes you will owe when your RMD kicks in... and then the IRS reports your income to the medicare folks and they fine you (taxed) for being a good saver....

The 2nd amendment is a great solution to the unconstitutional IRS problem.

As long as we keep electing liars to office, our options to keep what we earn for ourselves and our families will be nil to none.

What is most sad is that people scream about how we need to tax the rich... When they are the ones that are taxed to poverty. If we could only educate people that they are the ones that fund the machine.

@@thomasjohnson7990 Whats really funny is the way people are ignorant of the fact that he is right and that they "just go along with the deception",
My people fail for lack of knowledge...problem is LEO only enforces "color of law", it's how they make their blood money.
A driver license is a commercial thing, do you drive for pay?, or are you a private citizen going about on private business? big difference.
Problem is people won't stand up for themselves and each other, rather everyone just gives in and goes along with the criminal overlords.
Ignorance and lack of courage is what's keeping people slaves to a corrupt system that regularly infringes on our God given rights outlined in the Constitution.
Even the supreme court decided you don't need a driver license to travel, (travel and driving are different) only to drive commercially, its a big hoax that everyone just goes along with.
Just like Federal income tax is a voluntary tax, you don't have to pay it if it doesn't qualify you as someone that does have to pay it.
So why pay it?...I understand how everything is set against us the common people and how they will persecute us if we don't play by their unlawful rules
but at some point you just got to ask yourself, if we always give in, they will always subject us to even more tyranny.
People just won't fight back anymore, prefer to live in fear and be robbed and have rights taken from them without a fight.
