- Welcome to my groovy apartment tour! Today I'm finally showing you my 60s & 70s style flat! I'll never forget the day my neighbors came over for the first time and they asked me if they'd just entered a portal to the late 60s - beause it's probably the best way to desribe my place. Pretty much all the furniture, decor and everything else I own is thrifted and I like to decsribe my apartment as the place where Stevie Nicks could have a Jam Session with the Stones. I really like to decorate with my accessories, clothing itemns, books and lots of pictures and scarfs to make my place feel safe and home and today I'm inviting you into my little time machine!

I love things everywhere that make me smile,while some people .may not agree with my style,they can't help but to smile.I collect shawls as well& use them In decorating. I used to have a much bigger home so when I downsized I got rid of alot but my son,who is a musician,helped me out cuz he is like me. I never stop looking or collecting.Be yourself,express,enjoy,smile..& oh I noticed your G.V.F. ALBUM..THE ARE SMOKINGOOD& CUTE. This makes me so nostalgic for the place I lived in when I first moved out! I put fake wood paneling on the wall by my bed and painted the other walls yellow, and covered every little corner with treasures and pictures and posters and feathers and candles, aaaghh!
I live with my bf now and our cats destroy everything, so we have a kinda minimalist interior 😭
Seeing all your things makes me feel so at home!!
And I am also of the mindset that things need to be pretty or cute! I hate when a thing is just ugly haha
Your place sounds like a dream!🌟 I was actually thinking about doing wood paneling but because the ceilings in here are so high I decided against it. I’m so happy to hear that I brought back some memories & nostalgia 💛

Your home is so beautiful 😍 I love how it is so colorfull and how you have a story to almost everything in your apartment, most people just buy random decoration that doesn't mean anything to them.
Also, my grandparents have the exact same floral design on their bin as you have on your bread box😂

Totally relate to how you said you don't buy things unless you think they're cute. I basically moved into my apartment and was living like I was homeless haha. No pans, cutlery, bedding, literally nothing until I could find a cute version of it. Why would I spend money on something if I can buy it in cute colours! And then you can display everything happily!

Thanks you so much doll!💛 some of the pictures I bought as prints online or in vintage style and antique malls. Some of them are also prints that came in records or with books. And pretty much all the other ones I found on Pinterest and printed myself✨
