Otherwise they have completely different personalities and stories. Shadow actually wins and Shadow actually cares about shit. Shadow's only villainy comes from wanting revenge for tragedies done to him but is ultimately a proud hero while Vegeta is ashamed and reluctant to be a hero. lol

L is definitely the most important character on this list. Without L, death note would genuinely be bad. He shouldn't even be considered a side character, he is the main antagonist.
Exactly. And I’d put Sasuke up there after him in terms of “not a side character”ness lmao. Rest of them are actual side characters as far as I’m concerned. Should remove those two, replace with Misa and Sakura, and while we’re at it, change Levi to Armin because he’s the better developed side character 😂😂
